I'm surrounded by gifted people who do anything for each other - I mean anything. I find this very humbling. Two decades at Impact have taught me the value of compassion, loyalty, striving for excellence in everything you do and always getting back up when you fall down. This has helped me gently hold that most elusive of holy grails, true meaning at work. I love and am gratefully centred by my wonderful family. I seek adventure wherever I can and love being high up in mountains.

Since joining Impact in 2019, I've had the pleasure of working in the Business Development team, supporting our global BD teams with Lead Management. My passions lie in the outdoors, sports and surrounding myself with great people. Outside of work, you'll find me pottering around the Lake District fells on my mountain bike.

As an Organisational Psychologist, I love helping people to better live their job and the relationships within the organisation they work. At Impact, I have the possibility to do that, designing and delivering intervention programmes. I find my energy in teamwork, my soul in music, my peace in swimming.

I co-founded Impact in 1980 to explore adventure and experiential learning in people development. It worked! We now inspire and develop people worldwide. Shared values, a common purpose and a spirit of adventure bind us together. With over 200 colleagues working in the UK, Europe, America and Asia Pacific, we have a solid reputation for enabling clients to build leadership capacity and navigate complex change. To stay grounded, I rear rare breed cattle and sheep.

Leading the US finance department includes guiding my team, considering new ways for increased financial success, keeping the team financially informed and ensuring accurate reporting. I have a business/accounting degree and 15+ years experience as a CPA. I see myself as a finance skilled business partner rather than an accountant. I love spectator sports, food, wine, whisky, binge watching TV, travel, wood burning open fires and being outside in the fresh air.

Graphic designer, creator, innovator, brand custodian, project manager, advisor, mentor. Graphic design heaven, pre-1987. I have a passion for photography but my main pastime is the ongoing battle to rein in my ever expanding guitar collection. It isn’t working.

As a resourcing manager, I drive business processes to improve efficiency, maintain quality relationships with consultants and ensure the best strategic fit is sourced for our clients. I love that we operate in a fast-paced environment, always requiring you to be one step ahead, and I value the connections we have globally. Outside of work, you can usually find me at my piano, brushing up on my very rusty repertoire.

I have spent my working life helping organisations, teams and people to be the best that they can be. I believe in the power of expertly designed and facilitated experiential learning and the exciting potential that lies within every person given the right opportunity. In my work I believe that managers and leaders have a responsibility to ensure work is exciting, fulfilling and aspirational for the people working in and with their organisations.

At Impact I manage projects, build relationships with clients, organize events and support our super team by sharing motivation, creativity and a smile. At work and in private life, I pay attention to details, I value directness and minimalism. I am looking for inner peace through contact with nature, cinema and new hobbies. And good food.

I joined Impact in 2014. My current role in finance allows me to connect with and support many colleagues across the region. My work has been enjoyable and worthwhile as I am able to contribute locally & regionally. I find Impact is a good place to work as there is a flexibility and work life balance. Working with a diverse team is fascinating. It is a place where you can be yourself and unique.

After several leadership positions in social enterprise, non-profit and retail, I recently fulfilled my ambition to work for one of my favourite world changing companies. Relocating from London to the Lakes has been a big step but the stunning landscape and numerous outdoor pursuits has meant I haven’t stopped exploring lakes, land and sea and I’m never short of a challenge. I use my experience and background in psychology to create organisations worth working for.

"There is a solution for anything and everything, you just need to look for it with a sense of adventure and enjoy the journey in the process.” Sales is my passion because I love being able to help people and organisations do just this. Thanks to all the people I have met in the process along with my husband, five kids and a dog my life has been one big, exciting adventure!

I have been supporting people in communication for 20 years. Initially as a consultant and currently as a trainer, coach, and mediator. I am passionate about people and the complexity of human nature, and like to help tame this complexity for a specific purpose. Socially involved, I'm also a mother of three. Between all this, I find balance in meditation, yoga and nature.

As a Program Manager at Impact, I get to utilize the communication and organizational skills gained from my 6 years of customer service experience and owning my own business. My favorite aspect of the role, is seeing a program be designed and developed over time, come together in the end. In my free time, you will find me cooking, hiking, painting, or playing with my dogs! 

Hi! I am an occupational psychologist, coach and trainer! I have been working for over 20 years to help companies develop and enhance their greatest capital, their people! I met Impact many and many years ago, and I am still proudly part of it! In my spare time I am a theatre actress, a traveller, but above all... a mum!

I work alongside our business development team to ensure we provide quality service to our global clients. I also work closely with our internal teams to help do our bit to help develop the local community. Impact gives me the space to be myself, which usually gets me into trouble...

Change is my partner in business and life. “Be better” is my inspiration to continue to grow. I joined Impact 20 years ago and have worked in many different roles as a consultant, general manager, coach and business developer from offices in Europe and Asia. In my current role, I am responsible for supporting businesses in Poland and Central Europe, and I am also co-creating transformation solutions with clients. 

I like to do meaningful work, working together with clients to create something new and deeply valuable. The areas of change where I feel I contribute the most with my skills and strong business background are leadership development and agile transitions. I like to challenge myself in many ways, my favorite challenge is climbing high ice covered mountains.

I enjoy using my strengths in operations management to bring organisations into the chaos and to connect people with resources. I look forward to supporting the team from behind the scenes to execute the programs successfully and meaningfully. In my personal time, you will find me traveling, cooking, event planning, reading, and involved in theatre and film productions.

I am a passionate, strengths-based leadership coach and facilitator who focuses on taking what is right with people and creating more of it! I have a passion for driving sustainable DEI and well-being initiatives, specializing in LGBTQ+ and mental health topics.

Having the job title 'analyst' means that I've been lucky enough to get involved in a wide range of projects both internally and working with clients. I love helping people get the most out of the tools they are using, making processes as efficient as possible and understanding data – all of which is part of my work every day. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in the Lake District somewhere with my family.

My enthusiasm for life is ignited when surrounded by inspiring people and growing through exploration. Born in Canada, my passions have led me to travel within various countries. I joined Impact motivated by their commitment to empowering people and business cultures to thrive while making a positive difference. As a coach and facilitator, I draw on over 10 years facilitating in personal development and wellness.

I was an associate for Impact for 21 years before becoming part of the full-time team. I love the sense of fun, friendship, camaraderie and the way Impact works. Oh, by the way I’m on the Technical Support Team – ropes and boats, programme design and logistics and lots of other things too. I love my job, get loads of out of it, meet lots of amazing people and learn new things all the time – how lucky am I?
