'Making Work Enjoyable for Children' I’ve spent 17 years in retail, gaining experience in sales, customer service, training, HR, and recruitment. This taught me that business growth relies on people’s growth, inspiring me to pursue my own and motivate children. A key moment was a training program at Impact Co. 11 years ago, sparking my passion for talent and organizational development. As a working mom, I focus on balance—committing to work weekdays and spending time with my toddler daughter on weekends. This balance is key. 

My enthusiasm for life is ignited when surrounded by inspiring people and growing through exploration. Born in Canada, my passions have led me to travel within various countries. I joined Impact motivated by their commitment to empowering people and business cultures to thrive while making a positive difference. As a coach and facilitator, I draw on over 10 years facilitating in personal development and wellness.

With over 25 year experience working as a Consultant and Executive Coach specialized in People Management and in topics related to organizational development, I had the chance to come across Impact after  an International experience in UAE and South Korea. Living abroad I got familar with different cultures and change. Coaching people along their transformational journey, supporting organizations throughout change is what really matters to me, my job!

I deal with account management and sales development for Impact Italia and I enjoy delivering some of our programmes a lot. I am an Impact enthusiast and my brain is always looking for new ideas to bring the value of our fantastic brand to the market. You can find me at the office, on my Vespa on the streets of Rome, on my BMW bike surfing the best routes of the world! Do you want serious and reliable references? I'm based in Thailand, a country of beautiful islands, good food and nice people. I have a lot of fun working with people around the world. I have more than two decades of international finance and accounting experience. My real challenge is working with Inland Revenue offices in different countries! I love to explore the world through reading and travel and one day wish to have a little cafe where people can sit and have a coffee or few drinks and craft together.

Life is a path everyone makes on their own, but what happens if it crosses someone else’s? As a trainer and facilitator for over ten years, my focus has been on supporting people to untangle the complexity of communication and cooperation, and build a path that gives room to everyone in the team, in a variety or organisational structures. In my free time I love venturing outdoors with my husky dog and noticing the subtleties of nature.

With nearly 20 years in the retail industry, I started in wholesale sales and later took on roles like Retail Manager and Sales Supervisor, managing nationwide stores and staff recruitment. Through store operations, I realized that "people" are key to organizational growth. Inspired to maximize individual potential and organizational impact, I transitioned to talent and organizational development to help individuals thrive and drive success. 

I am devoted to applying theory, practical application and innovation to people development. As a lead designer and facilitator with 10+ years of experience, I deliver custom client solutions globally. My insatiable curiosity stays satisfied by reading, researching and exploring the world. I love the culinary arts, and although I enjoy cooking, my passion is simply being the consumer of freshly made, delectable dishes. 

As a Sales Professional with extensive knowledge of account business development and client relationship management, my passion lies in building great relationships with clients and really getting to know them in order to create customised solutions that help them to achieve their goals. Outside of work you can find me in the gym, or walking the beautiful Lake District fells with my camera in tow.

I am responsible for the smooth running of the office and providing support to our close-knit team. With a background in design and marketing, I apply creatively to all facets in particular the development of presentations and proposals. I am passionate about health and well-being, practising yoga daily and surrounding myself with positive people which Is why I love working for Impact. 

At Impact I have worn many hats from business development, project management, technical support, and currently in the marketing team. Outside of work I enjoy nothing more than getting outdoors and into the hills as a keen climber, runner, and cyclist.

I dedicate my time to working with leaders and teams in unlocking potential, strengthening alignment and in stimulating innovation, in a way that sees us surpass the visions we uphold.

As a consultant, organisational psychologist, account manager and researcher…I endeavour to encompass all the different aspects of life in the organisation! To me the organization is a magic happening between individuals, groups and their work contexts. I deal with the entire consulting process: from the proposal development, to the client management, intervention delivery and evaluation process. I love the countryside, baking cakes & capoeira!

I am happy to be responsible for creating and implementing new solutions as well as taking care of our clients and delivering adventurous programs. I see my purpose as working with people to help them be more aware of their power and inner wisdom and therefore to make our organisations and communities stronger. I get my energy from time with my gorgeous family, biking, reading in a hammock, listening and dancing to the music.

I work alongside our business development team to ensure we provide quality service to our global clients. I also work closely with our internal teams to help do our bit to help develop the local community. Impact gives me the space to be myself, which usually gets me into trouble...
