Since 2006 I have coordinated programme delivery. This involves meeting facilitators and consultants to design great modules, using creativity to ensure participants have profound learning experiences that add value to their organisation. I manage project set up and use technical skills such as abseil belaying. I have a teaching licence to teach PE. Now I enjoy working using my body, so I love to do exercise and jogging, swimming, gymnastics, and most outdoor things!

I manage equipment, projects and vehicles at our HQ. I have a certificate of competence in the inspection of personal protective equipment for adventure activities, level 3 qualification in transport managers professional competence and IOSH managing safely certificate. My sense of humour helps me to cope with a job which is at best dull. Playing guitar with the infamous Impact band "you get what you pay for" is simultaneously the moment I'm most and least proud of.

As a Project Manager I am responsible for the end-to-end implementation of our client solutions by managing and coordinating the client service teams. During my time at Impact I have worked with a broad mixture of clients and participants ranging from graduates to senior leaders. In my free time I enjoy spending time in the Lakes, planning my next holiday and spending time with friends and family.

For many years, I have been fascinated by how people navigate change, uncertainty and pressure. Combining experience as a psychologist, therapist and facilitator, I support leaders and teams in building resilience, self-awareness and healthy relationships. I believe lasting change begins with a deeper understanding of ourselves.

I’ve worked in learning and development since 2000 across a broad range of sectors. I always enjoy the challenge of identifying participants needs and matching the environment, task and conversation to help create meaningful and long lasting learning. Outside of work, you'll find me exploring the outdoors with my family, be that on bikes, in canoes, rock climbing or even exploring underground; we love the challenges that adventure brings to our lives.

I enjoy using my strengths in operations management to bring organisations into the chaos and to connect people with resources. I look forward to supporting the team from behind the scenes to execute the programs successfully and meaningfully. In my personal time, you will find me traveling, cooking, event planning, reading, and involved in theatre and film productions.

Customer Service and relationship management are my main focus and passion in all that I do. I enjoy thinking through solutions, working in partnership with my clients and team at Impact to achieve the best possible outcomes. I also enjoy developing long lasting professional customer relationships. Out of work I enjoy spending time with my two dogs and exploring the Yorkshire Dales which are close to my home as well as baking the odd cake or two.

Change is my partner in business and life. “Be better” is my inspiration to continue to grow. I joined Impact 20 years ago and have worked in many different roles as a consultant, general manager, coach and business developer from offices in Europe and Asia. In my current role, I am responsible for supporting businesses in Poland and Central Europe, and I am also co-creating transformation solutions with clients. 

My career has been very weird and challenging so far. I graduated in industrial chemistry, then worked as a research scientist. In 2014 I moved to the energy field as consultant and account manager in charge of technical trainings and management courses. This job lasted 10 years and made me passionate about human resources management. I joined Impact where I can improve my skills as a trainer and facilitator and cooperate with a real great team.

Having experienced business from many perspectives, from manager to board member, I understand the opportunities and pressures leaders face. I am passionate about helping people discover their potential and find the courage to act. I believe the best leadership starts with self-awareness, strong relationships and a willingness to keep learning.

I am passionate about helping organisations, teams, and people be the best they can be. Not all girls are made of sugar and spice and all things nice. Some girls are made of adventure, fine beer, brains and no fear.

As a staff support manager I have been leading operations such as talent acquisitions. Supporting others and organisations to expand their full potential is my passion. I enjoy ensuring we have a unique workplace where we can maximise potential and strengths. I love climbing mountains, hot springs and good organic foods.

As a consultant, I hope to be a catalyst for change, helping others to discover what their real needs are. Empathy, curiosity, creativity, organisation and strong sense of duty are the things that most characterise me. I love the adventure and the discovery of travelling, organising outdoor trips with friends in close contact with nature… But also sharing a gin lemon or a barbecue at home is not so bad!

I am a highly experienced Accounting and Financial Management professional with expertise in problem solving, business communications, project management and customer relationships. I’m an enthusiastic leader, successful in liaising across all levels, handling confidential information and managing multiple priorities. I enjoy attending live events; cheering on my favourite sporting teams, watching my friend’s rock band, and supporting my daughter’s dance team.

Born in the Netherlands, I aim for simplicity, clarity and efficiency in my designs and processes. I appreciate Dutch, German and Swiss designs for their geometric boldness and witty solutions as well as the minimalism and sense of calm in modern Japanese design. To soothe my creative brain, I put on my running shoes and head for the beautiful hills that surround me to rediscover my peace and tranquillity.

An adventurer, I was raised in the UK and have lived and worked in Eastern Europe, Spain and now (since 2012) Asia, where I head up Impact’s Singapore Office. A fierce supporter of the authentic self and advocate for individual growth, I care deeply for my team and clients, wanting them to shine for who they are. I have a keen sense of challenge and adventure, and away from work, you can find me with my young family (usually outdoors!).

I have spent my career exploring, researching, teaching, coaching and practising leadership skills. I love working with individuals and groups to tackle hurdles and develop strategic initiatives. When I am not designing programs, I like to spend time with my son and my husband building forts out of driftwood or laughing with friends in the beautiful pacific northwest.

Working with Impact allows me to cross-germinate ideas and learnings between clients globally. In an ever-changing, dynamic business environment, I promote everyone to be designers of possibilities.

I love my job at Impact because it allows me to connect with people and put those skills to good use. As a consultant and facilitator, I enjoy helping people explore and tackle issues, increase their awareness, and uncover their potential. I enjoy jogging, hiking, studying foreign languages, and hanging out with friends on my days off.

I joined Impact in 2022 after many years in the Human Resources Departments, Career development path in the Communication, Marketing, Sales and CRM Departments of multinational companies and five years as a Consultant and Coach. I have developed very solid skills in all the processes that regulate the life and development of people and results in organizations. I love travelling, but the most exciting journey has always been the one I do with people.

My food and beverage career began with a bartending job as a student. Working in large restaurants taught me that guest service depends on recruitment and training. After roles as restaurant manager, supervisor, and recruitment and training lead, I focused on employer branding and training programs. To deepen my expertise, I joined Impact Japan, a global leader in experiential learning. I am now developing as an organizational development partner in CSD. I enjoy fishing, hiking, and rugby.

I support the CEO in an exciting and super varied role - from Board meetings to barbecues and everything else in between. An Impacter since 1999, marketer and mum, I have a need to be outdoors every day - no matter what the weather! For me, Impact is a unique place where people matter and my work and life can intertwine through flexible working and trust.
