Il Leadership Team di Stryker Italia voleva partecipare a un progetto di azione comunitaria unico, per consentir loro di lavorare come un High Performing Team. Si conoscevano bene, ma erano insoddisfatti del modo in cui collaboravano insieme.

Impact ha progettato un'innovativa Learning Journey, unendo un processo di sviluppo del team a un unico progetto di Community Action Learning (CAL).
