Pirelli Steelcord è la Business Unit del gruppo Pirelli che ha come mission la produzione di cordicella metallica, filo tubi e prodotti avanzati.

Il top team della BU Steelcord aveva l’obiettivo di diventare un team pienamente coeso e integrato, capace di trovare modalità relazionali nuove e sempre più efficaci, con una rinnovata abilità a prendere decisioni condivise anche in momenti critici e .

Grazie ad un intervento di diagnosi iniziale, volto a mettere a fuoco lo stato di sviluppo del team e delle aspettative individuali, è stato progettato un percorso di Teambuilding esperienziale con metodologia Community Action Learning a favore dell’ospedale di Slatina, in Romania. Il contesto di apertura ha visto il gruppo lavorare con grande intensità e passione, mettendosi in discussione, andando alla radice dei problemi di funzionamento e attivando modalità di confronto aperte e orientate al cambiamento.

L’aver dato un aspetto completamente nuovo ad alcune parti del reparto pediatrico dell’ospedale di Slatina, oltre ad aver generato un rilevante beneficio per la comunità locale,  ha avuto un forte impatto anche sul gruppo stesso. Ha permesso alle persone di evolvere in termini di maggiore autonomia e ha reso possibile aumentare i livelli di confronto verso una miglior apertura e costruttività.
