As a Project Coordinator, the main focus of my role is to help organise and set up a variety of global programmes as part of the Project Management team. My favourite way to spend my time outside of work is travelling to different places and countries, and after moving to the Lake District a few years ago, I love being based in such a beautiful place every day!

As a Digital Marketing Executive I am responsible for a broad range of global marketing projects and activities. I believe in Impact's mission, values, methodology and expertise, and I hope that thanks to my work more people around the world will hear about the great changes we make for organisations and their people. I am a nomadic soul and travel often to discover, experience and learn how the world and people differ.

Change is my partner in business and life. “Be better” is my inspiration to continue to grow. I joined Impact 20 years ago and have worked in many different roles as a consultant, general manager, coach and business developer from offices in Europe and Asia. In my current role, I am responsible for supporting businesses in Poland and Central Europe, and I am also co-creating transformation solutions with clients. 

My coaching & facilitation expertise builds on a strong foundation of 20+ years in senior management positions including global and regional roles. I guide leaders to their peak potential and help enhance their professional and personal impact. I grew up in India and then studied and worked in Switzerland for 23 years before moving to Singapore. This has helped me successfully bridge Eastern and Western thinking, with an in-depth understanding of both cultures. I am an avid reader and love to spend time in nature and travel. 

As a Client Services Consultant at Impact I work with clients on the West Coast and in Western Canada to support experiential leadership learning initiatives. I recently joined Impact after my previous experiences as Director at Linkage and Director of Client Engagement at The Gallup Organization. Outside of work you will find me spending time with my three boys and wife or up in the mountains skiing.

In my early career I practised as an architect in the UK and Japan. This taught me a huge amount about being curious, creative and professional to solve clients' needs. For the last 18 years I've worked globally on developing innovative world-class solutions that delight and excite clients. It's been an incredible journey from Tokyo, to Bangkok, to Paris, to New York and of course Windermere - our HQ! I love it!

I work alongside our business development team to ensure we provide quality service to our global clients. I also work closely with our internal teams to help do our bit to help develop the local community. Impact gives me the space to be myself, which usually gets me into trouble...

Having a limited number of words to describe myself I choose...that is one of the keywords, among decide, like, wonder. There are many others. Working with people, I value being aware – of a person, a group, and also of words being used. I think of them as a code passing through our minds – all that is within the light of consciousness shapes our experiences and reactions towards the world. So, what do you choose?

I joined Impact in early 2022, and it was the best start to the year ever! My commitment is to develop and implement communication and marketing activities to give more and more visibility to the pathways and initiatives we create for our clients. In my spare time, I cheer for Inter and organize dinners and trips with friends and family.

I've enjoyed more than 11 challenging years of international work with senior leadership teams; designing & delivering innovative programmes; managing global delivery teams and coaching individuals. I'm known for an insightful and engaging style and love working in the moment with a courageous approach to challenging interventions. I love relaxing with my wife, watching my daughters perform (singing or horse riding), or sharing outdoor adventures.

I'm passionate about organizational psychology and behavior and joined Impact after years of experiences in global business. I was inspired by the way Impact uses unique adventurous, experiential learning solutions, and now am passionate to help clients achieve real improvements in performance as a consultant. When I am not at work, you can find me walking around the city with my camera.

As a Sales Professional with extensive knowledge of account business development and client relationship management, my passion lies in building great relationships with clients and really getting to know them in order to create customised solutions that help them to achieve their goals. Outside of work you can find me in the gym, or walking the beautiful Lake District fells with my camera in tow.

I’ve worked in learning and development since 2000 across a broad range of sectors. I always enjoy the challenge of identifying participants needs and matching the environment, task and conversation to help create meaningful and long lasting learning. Outside of work, you'll find me exploring the outdoors with my family, be that on bikes, in canoes, rock climbing or even exploring underground; we love the challenges that adventure brings to our lives.

Turning 'Wants' into 'Achievements' After graduating from university, I gained experience as a basketball coach before transitioning to human resources and organizational development in May 2023. I did this to deepen my coaching skills and to challenge myself outside of sports. By directly addressing organizational issues and fostering talent within companies, I encounter daily learning opportunities as I strive towards my dreams. To achieve this, I set goals and work towards transforming my 'wants' into 'achievements'.

I help to support the entire business with all of their IT related needs. I have had a large passion for all things technology since I was a kid. In my spare time, you can catch me listening to music, on my PlayStation or playing Dungeons and Dragons. 

I'm surrounded by gifted people who do anything for each other - I mean anything. I find this very humbling. Two decades at Impact have taught me the value of compassion, loyalty, striving for excellence in everything you do and always getting back up when you fall down. This has helped me gently hold that most elusive of holy grails, true meaning at work. I love and am gratefully centred by my wonderful family. I seek adventure wherever I can and love being high up in mountains.

I deal with account management and sales development for Impact Italia and I enjoy delivering some of our programmes a lot. I am an Impact enthusiast and my brain is always looking for new ideas to bring the value of our fantastic brand to the market. You can find me at the office, on my Vespa on the streets of Rome, on my BMW bike surfing the best routes of the world! Do you want serious and reliable references? I am passionate about helping organisations, teams, and people be the best they can be. Not all girls are made of sugar and spice and all things nice. Some girls are made of adventure, fine beer, brains and no fear.

After many years in business environment, leading sales and operating teams, I decided to share my knowledge and practice as a coach and facilitator. Becoming Impact consultant enabled me to support leaders and talents in developing their leadership with a solid dose of the "fun factor" that Impact programs provide.

I am passionate about adding value to leadership development, strategic management, team performance, unleashing creativity and collaborative innovation, diversity, equity and inclusion, emotional intelligence and cross cultural management. Joyous moments include contributing to Malta’s entry into the EU, Ethiopian Airlines and Astana International Financial Centre, Kazakhstan’s success. On my bucket list is experiencing the Northern Lights and visiting the Galapagos Islands.

Experiencing different industries such as rehabilitation, telecommunications and real estate sales, I came to the field of people and organizational development.
I strive to become who can 'unlock the potential of others‘ because I have been supported by various people providing me with 'opportunities' despite facing setbacks.
My favorite phrase is "Those with rich sensibilities are happier." Considering what makes people 'happy' as my guiding principle and I believe growth and contribution are extensions of this.

I'm passionate about helping those around me grow and develop. I encourage my team to bring themselves into everything they do.  Our diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives help us partner efficiently and effectively with colleagues and clients.  As a traveller at heart, I’ve visited 31 of the 50 US states, 14 countries and 8 Caribbean islands. I love experiencing new cultures, enjoying the great outdoors and trying local cuisine.

My first school had the motto 'Aim High' and that has always resonated with me. I rise to a challenge, both personally & professionally, enjoying new situations and solving difficult & complex problems. I certainly had plenty of those as International Treasurer of Goldman Sachs and as a Director for the London 2012 Olympics & Paralympics. I joined the Board of Impact to help grow the business globally. It's great to be part of such a diverse global team!

I have spent my career exploring, researching, teaching, coaching and practising leadership skills. I love working with individuals and groups to tackle hurdles and develop strategic initiatives. When I am not designing programs, I like to spend time with my son and my husband building forts out of driftwood or laughing with friends in the beautiful pacific northwest.
