Since 2018 I collaborate with Impact as an associate. I love facilitating its varied experiential learning programs, online & in person. I am mainly involved in the delivery for international groups and teams. It is enriching to collaborate with Impact’s colleagues, getting to know different industries, working cultures, professional profiles and much more. I enjoy being in nature, experimenting new things in life and experiencing the different customs and traditions of our world. 

My job is to share amazing client stories with the world through integrated marketing campaigns. I love live events and building Impact's community, as well as research and content creation. I live for adventure...and cake!

As an Account Director with Impact, I’m able to leverage my ten years of Business Development and Account Management experience.  I thrive in environments where I am able to develop and uncover new opportunities with partners and businesses. Most of all, I am a people person and love building trusting relationships. In my spare time, you will find me spending time with my husband, two boys and our dog.

I am responsible for “Re-Born Strategy” in Impact Japan, I am passionate about developing people and our organisation by executing all Re-Born strategic agendas. As a facilitator, I love creating and sharing the precious moments together with executives and managers who are reflectively asking themselves what leadership they would like to realise in their life/work. What I love most is drinking after working hard to make effort in realising my vision.

I'm based in Thailand, a country of beautiful islands, good food and nice people. I have a lot of fun working with people around the world. I have more than two decades of international finance and accounting experience. My real challenge is working with Inland Revenue offices in different countries! I love to explore the world through reading and travel and one day wish to have a little cafe where people can sit and have a coffee or few drinks and craft together.

Over the previous 30 years, I’ve held Impact leadership roles in Asia, America and now globally. My focus is to partner with clients to solve their people development challenges. I lead global teams to deliver inspiring solutions that solve complex social, economic and environmental challenges of our clients. In work and play, I am adventurous, ambitious and deeply about people realising their potential.

I help people gain insights into themselves and their team so they can improve as individuals and work more effectively together. As a facilitator I create the right learning environment and work alongside participants providing a balance of challenge and support. I bring over 20 years of senior leadership experience. I love learning, the outdoors and am fascinated with horses. I live on a small farm with my wife and two teenage children, and a herd of horses.

Exploring Human and Organizational Creativity 
I have 8 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, focusing on talent and organizational development. Discovering coaching inspired me to apply it in the field, seeing people transform through intrinsic motivation. This led me to join a coaching firm, supporting various industries.  Motivated by the question, "How can individuals and organizations unlock their potential?", I joined Impact to further develop my expertise.  I enjoy playing the drums and held a live performance last year. My motto: "Immerse myself in what I am passionate about while working." 

I work in accounts at Impact. I am based in the Windermere office (UK).

My focus is on developing responsible leadership. I bring a warm combination of broad industry experience, academic rigour, Yorkshire humour and humility. My motivation and purpose is to help us mutually learn and create a more sustainable, compassionate and just world.  Fortunately, my spirited playful side, wilderness adventures and inclination toward anything shallow on a Friday night ensures people still invite me to parties despite all of that.

I’m passionate about experiential learning and learning through play. I enjoy inspiring groups to better themselves, to collaborate and share skills, to be ambitious for each other and those around them. I have extensive experience working in the cultural, education and corporate sectors. I’m an award winning theatre maker who has directed shows for the Queen, the Prime Minister and West End audiences. Out of work you’ll find me building Lego unicorns with my daughter.

'Helping People Shine on Their Own Stage' As a restaurant manager, I wanted to create more than just a place to eat. By drawing out each team member’s strengths and aspirations, I saw the power of a team that values individuality. This led me to study coaching. I later realized that growth also depends on the organization, so I now study organizational development. My goal is to help people and organizations grow together, enabling everyone to shine as themselves and fulfill their potential.

I deal with account management and sales development for Impact Italia and I enjoy delivering some of our programmes a lot. I am an Impact enthusiast and my brain is always looking for new ideas to bring the value of our fantastic brand to the market. You can find me at the office, on my Vespa on the streets of Rome, on my BMW bike surfing the best routes of the world! Do you want serious and reliable references? My food and beverage career began with a bartending job as a student. Working in large restaurants taught me that guest service depends on recruitment and training. After roles as restaurant manager, supervisor, and recruitment and training lead, I focused on employer branding and training programs. To deepen my expertise, I joined Impact Japan, a global leader in experiential learning. I am now developing as an organizational development partner in CSD. I enjoy fishing, hiking, and rugby.

I joined in 1982 when the company was two years and totalled four people. I have had the great privilege of what seems like two parallel careers - helping to build and develop our business and working with clients to help them do the same with theirs. I love the variety of my role, that at Impact personal talent is more important than hierarchy, and that we have never waivered from our vision to make a positive difference in the world, through leadership development.

I’m a Consultant and Client Lead at Impact, and as a mum I’m reminded daily of what matters most: learning, growing and giving things my best. That’s the approach I bring to my work. Over the past eight years, I’ve had the privilege of working with an incredible team while meeting and getting to know wonderful clients. I support experiences that help people grow, connect and feel seen. I believe in the power of small moments and the ripple effect they create, and I hope the work we do today helps shape a kinder, more purposeful future, especially for the next generation our children will inherit.

I am fascinated by moments of change and new beginnings. As a coach, I support leaders in building confidence, influence and authentic leadership. Before moving into coaching, I spent many years performing on opera stages, and I still draw on those experiences when helping clients find their voice and presence.

My career has been very weird and challenging so far. I graduated in industrial chemistry, then worked as a research scientist. In 2014 I moved to the energy field as consultant and account manager in charge of technical trainings and management courses. This job lasted 10 years and made me passionate about human resources management. I joined Impact where I can improve my skills as a trainer and facilitator and cooperate with a real great team.

With over 26 years as L&D and Internal Communication manager in large multinational companies, I’ve developed deep knowledge in consulting roles, building trusting relationships with all levels of an organization, implementing complex projects. I love my job, the countryside, animals and sports.

I’ve had a passion for enriching lives through deeply practical experiential learning, and immersion in adventure around the world for most of my career. As a British Army officer, expedition leader, leadership consultant and executive coach I’ve had the enormous privilege to facilitate learning experiences for others in over 40 different countries. My greatest gift - apart from my wife and kids - doing the work I love!

I’m a consultant with an international and multicultural background and approach my work with contagious enthusiasm and commitment. My experience working with both large corporations and small startups gave me a deep insight into overcoming business operational hurdles and developing proactive trainings paths to grow and enhance teams. Over the years I’ve gained experience in facilitating and promoting dialogue in B2B partnerships and creating organizational innovation projects.

An avid traveller and outdoor adventure enthusiast I jump at the opportunity to try new things and am a pioneer at heart. I have spent the better part of the last 10 years working in experiential education and am deeply committed to developing responsible and sustainable leadership. I am passionate about inspiring, motivating and engaging people to fulfil their potential.

Having experienced business from many perspectives, from manager to board member, I understand the opportunities and pressures leaders face. I am passionate about helping people discover their potential and find the courage to act. I believe the best leadership starts with self-awareness, strong relationships and a willingness to keep learning.
