I am devoted to applying theory, practical application and innovation to people development. As a lead designer and facilitator with 10+ years of experience, I deliver custom client solutions globally. My insatiable curiosity stays satisfied by reading, researching and exploring the world. I love the culinary arts, and although I enjoy cooking, my passion is simply being the consumer of freshly made, delectable dishes.
After years of being a client and fun of Impact, I became part of this amazing community. My extensive professional experience in HR, across various roles and industries, proves invaluable in conversations with our clients. At Impact, as an Account Manager, I embrace the essence of lifelong learning, discovering something new every day š Personally, I have a passion for traveling, reading, and forest walks.
I am responsible for the accounting tasks. I have always loved working with numbers and after receiving my bachelor degree in accounting at ACU ( Australian Catholic University), I fell into something that I actually enjoy. I consider myself very organised with an excellent work ethic and with desire to constantly improve. I am originally from Brazil and love the beaches and tropical weather.
I manage all Impact Italia accounting processes and love precision, tramezzini (look it up!) and silly jokes. I am also very appreciated for my former athletics experiences and I provide stretching sessions to all colleagues who need to exercise a bit after a long day in the office. I deal with a lot of internal and external stakeholders to make sure everything is ok with our clients, accounts, invoices and bills!
I manage equipment, projects and vehicles at our HQ. I have a certificate of competence in the inspection of personal protective equipment for adventure activities, level 3 qualification in transport managers professional competence and IOSH managing safely certificate. My sense of humour helps me to cope with a job which is at best dull. Playing guitar with the infamous Impact band "you get what you pay for" is simultaneously the moment I'm most and least proud of.
Having worked at Impact's UK HQ and Tokyo office, I have been heading up Impact China and developing new business in China and Asia Pacific since 2009. As a professional consultant, I have over fifteen years of management experience covering strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, business development, and worldwide operational excellence. I am extensively involved in the development and delivery of talent development projects at all levels of organisations.
As a former client, I jumped at the chance to work with Impact in 2002 and pursue my passion for inspiring others to realise their potential. Iām an avid reader and love to incorporate my learning into the leadership development programmes that I deliver; recent topics of interest include applied neuroscience & gender dynamics. Dogs feature widely in my life outside of work.
I am the Co-Founder of Social Business Trust (SBT), a charity that supports high-potential social enterprises and charities with its group of leading corporate partners. I love my involvement with Impact. Itās an inspirational organisationā¦. it also helps me to ditch the high heels and get back to nature.

As a consultant and the manager, for the last 20 years, I was focused on practical aspects of business transformation. Managing HR field I had a chance to collect best practices within telecommunication and financial sectors. I have experience in leading mergers and acquisitions of a large organisations. I am a psychologist and psychotherapist by education and graduated with MBA and AMP business studies. I love outdoor activities, especially in the mountains.

As a staff support manager I have been leading operations such as talent acquisitions. Supporting others and organisations to expand their full potential is my passion. I enjoy ensuring we have a unique workplace where we can maximise potential and strengths. I love climbing mountains, hot springs and good organic foods.
I support the set up and administration related to the end-to-end implementation of client solutions in the UK and worldwide. I am an organised and passionate team player and I enjoy working as part of the various Client Service Teams who manage our clients. Not originally from the Lake District, I feel very lucky to now live and work in such a beautiful place in the UK. I love spending time with my friends and family and keeping fit.
Since joining Impact in 2019, I've had the pleasure of working in the Business Development team, supporting our global BD teams with Lead Management. My passions lie in the outdoors, sports and surrounding myself with great people. Outside of work, you'll find me pottering around the Lake District fells on my mountain bike.
I'm based in Thailand, a country of beautiful islands, good food and nice people. I have a lot of fun working with people around the world. I have more than two decades of international finance and accounting experience. My real challenge is working with Inland Revenue offices in different countries! I love to explore the world through reading and travel and one day wish to have a little cafe where people can sit and have a coffee or few drinks and craft together.
I'm surrounded by gifted people who do anything for each other - I mean anything. I find this very humbling. Two decades at Impact have taught me the value of compassion, loyalty, striving for excellence in everything you do and always getting back up when you fall down. This has helped me gently hold that most elusive of holy grails, true meaning at work. I love and am gratefully centred by my wonderful family. I seek adventure wherever I can and love being high up in mountains.
With over 20 years at Impact, I've contributed to the design and delivery of over a thousand programmes. And what if the secret of success is to continue to refine something even if you've done it dozens of times? Outside of work, I like gardening and interior design. I live on the crest of an extinct volcano, with the Mediterranean Sea to my west. After sunset I keep fit by jogging around a golf course.
I design projects to bring Sustainable Development Goals to life and get them into every programme we deliver. Globally. Universal in nature and relevant for all, the SDGs tackle the biggest issues facing our planet and everyone on it. I sit on the consultant team, support our Community Action Learning function and the wider and Iām the Impact UK representative for UNGC. I love running in the fells.
I'm passionate about helping those around me grow and develop. I encourage my team to bring themselves into everything they do. Our diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives help us partner efficiently and effectively with colleagues and clients. As a traveller at heart, Iāve visited 31 of the 50 US states, 14 countries and 8 Caribbean islands. I love experiencing new cultures, enjoying the great outdoors and trying local cuisine.
My job is managing financial issues: reports, financial simulations, payments, also preparing contracts for clients, associates, employees and much much more⦠from coordinating travel arrangements to organising internal meetings and workshops. I love working with Impact people ā Iāve worked here since 2003 and have no plans to move! Iām crazy about my small bit of land near the river and forests where I travel almost every weekend with my family and friends.

I do everything from managing the business, to inspiring people and helping clients to develop as sustainable business in which the quality of leadership is crucial. People describe me as a passionate and fast moving person, able to quickly connect to the culture and the needs of each organisation and to co-design powerful solutions. I love adventure which is about saying āyesā to life.
I consult with our customers to understand their business aspirations and challenges before recommending a learning solution that is going to exceed their needs. I maintain close relationships to ensure they receive the best possible service. I work across all market sectors and levels; however, I'm particularly passionate about graduate development. Out of work, youāll find me up a mountain attached to either a rope or a pair of skis.
