I had the chance to join Impact Italy in June 2022 Joining Impact has added value to my professional background giving me the opportunity to work with very special collegues in a world company.I support our team and I coordinate the Milan Office.
In my spare time I like to travel to discover new destinations and people. I love animals and sports, especially skiing.
At 21 I had my first day of work at Impact in the stores... I am still making up for everything that happened that week. My passion is in sports coaching and development. My journey with Impact has taken me traveling around the world where I continue to meet and work with many amazing people. I am a big family man, and love surrounding myself with the best of company. If I am not herding terrifying highland cattle, I’ll be playing rugby or baking sponge cakes.
"There is a solution for anything and everything, you just need to look for it with a sense of adventure and enjoy the journey in the process.” Sales is my passion because I love being able to help people and organisations do just this. Thanks to all the people I have met in the process along with my husband, five kids and a dog my life has been one big, exciting adventure!
I’m a consultant with an international and multicultural background and approach my work with contagious enthusiasm and commitment. My experience working with both large corporations and small startups gave me a deep insight into overcoming business operational hurdles and developing proactive trainings paths to grow and enhance teams. Over the years I’ve gained experience in facilitating and promoting dialogue in B2B partnerships and creating organizational innovation projects.
Working as a planner at Creative and Marketing Department since 2019. Before Impact, my career was mainly on the position of sales and marketing at the bank and advertising agency. My focus is on the capacity building for both individual and team. Virtual team building is one of the fatal themes because I am working as a full remote member. I love traveling around the world with my backpack and enjoying beautiful local delicacies!
Every day is a new adventure at Impact. As a Program Manager, I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life in the professional sphere. Since I've joined Impact, I feel like my professional development grew exponentially. I feel very empowered by the company and by the values we bring each day into work. My goal is to learn how to best support our clients in every step of a consulting journey, as well as my colleagues, bringing a real change to the process. As a way to recharge I love to take long walks with my dog. My favourite sport is to hang out with friends, especially if in foreign countries!
Change is my partner in business and life. “Be better” is my inspiration to continue to grow. My sense of humour helps me to cope with a job which is at best dull. Playing guitar with the infamous Impact band "you get what you pay for" is simultaneously the moment I'm most and least proud of.
Since 2006 I have coordinated programme delivery. This involves meeting facilitators and consultants to design great modules, using creativity to ensure participants have profound learning experiences that add value to their organisation. I manage project set up and use technical skills such as abseil belaying. I have a teaching licence to teach PE. Now I enjoy working using my body, so I love to do exercise and jogging, swimming, gymnastics, and most outdoor things!
I have experience as an HR Manager in multinational and Italian companies, managing L&D, recruitment, employees relations, coupled with across-the-board experience in consultancy projects on those subjects. Since 2013 I have been supporting organisations to change with a focus on learning and development with main focus on leadership, individual effectiveness, business coaching and change management.
I am passionate about helping organisations become worth working for and making the world a better place, achieving long term sustainability for a safe future. At Impact I can grow and flourish to my full potential and at my own pace. Together with me grow our partners and our relationships, evolving into true friendships. Ecology, whether it comes to the planet, environment or people and relations, is a value of great importance to me.
I am a highly experienced Accounting and Financial Management professional with expertise in problem solving, business communications, project management and customer relationships. I’m an enthusiastic leader, successful in liaising across all levels, handling confidential information and managing multiple priorities. I enjoy attending live events; cheering on my favourite sporting teams, watching my friend’s rock band, and supporting my daughter’s dance team.
I help people gain insights into themselves and their team so they can improve as individuals and work more effectively together. As a facilitator I create the right learning environment and work alongside participants providing a balance of challenge and support. I bring over 20 years of senior leadership experience. I love learning, the outdoors and am fascinated with horses. I live on a small farm with my wife and two teenage children, and a herd of horses.

Having the job title 'analyst' means that I've been lucky enough to get involved in a wide range of projects both internally and working with clients. I love helping people get the most out of the tools they are using, making processes as efficient as possible and understanding data – all of which is part of my work every day. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in the Lake District somewhere with my family.
I was lucky enough to join as the third member of the US team in 2006 and have done almost every role in the business including design, delivery, sales support, project management and even bookkeeping! That breadth of experience has helped me in my current leadership role, it allows me to understand the business from multiple perspectives and focus on operational excellence. My nickname is Wiki because I can usually help find the answer!
People are at the heart of everything I do and I care deeply about ensuring individuals and teams have the skills, support and temperament to best deal with their future. In my spare time I chair the board of a local art gallery and support the development of our growing community of emerging and successful artists.
As a Digital Marketing Executive I am responsible for a broad range of global marketing projects and activities. I believe in Impact's mission, values, methodology and expertise, and I hope that thanks to my work more people around the world will hear about the great changes we make for organisations and their people.
