Itsuyo Watanabe(Barbara)
Having joined Impact Japan in 1993, my main role is company cook and carpenter. I cook lunch every couple of months by request. As carpenter, I work on refurbishing our office and equipment used in our projects. I occasionally join our delivery team to offer technical support on programmes. I have experience facilitating for Sony, Canon, Japan rail and more, plus Eclipse management for sales and delivery. My hobby is down river kayaking.
Kiyoshi Uemura(Kiyoshi)
Analogue at birth, digital by design. I head up Impact's social media, website and newsletter "In Good Company", based in our London office. What excites me at work is bringing Impact's unique brand and tone of voice to life in all things online. I love travelling so you'd mostly find me not at home.

As a Programme Manager I am responsible for the end-to-end implementation of our client solutions by managing and coordinating the client service teams. During my time at Impact I have worked with a broad mixture of clients and participants ranging from graduates to senior leaders. In my free time I enjoy spending time in the Lakes, planning my next holiday and spending time with friends and family.

Abi Black
I started at Impact as a shed stainer. I now spend most of my time in those glorified sheds as part of the operations team. We lead on the adventurous aspects of programme delivery and design whilst managing H&S, logistics, and transport. I spent 2016 with the great team in Manly, Sydney. The beaches and surfing was pretty good too. I enjoy the four seasons, pina coladas, long walks on the beach and my dog, Darcie, who occasionally listens to me.

Josh Williams
I am an enthusiastic trainer and consultant, keen on applying theory, practical application and innovation to the development of others. I have been working in the learning and organisational development since 1996 and joined Impact in 2019 as account, lead designer and facilitator. I pride myself on my original, inclusive and enthusiastic style.
Stella Privitello
I co-founded Impact in 1980 to explore adventure and experiential learning in people development. It worked! We now inspire and develop people worldwide. Shared values, a common purpose and a spirit of adventure bind us together. With over 200 colleagues working in the UK, Europe, America and Asia Pacific, we have a solid reputation for enabling clients to build leadership capacity and navigate complex change. To stay grounded, I rear rare breed cattle and sheep.

David Williams
I'm passionate about organizational psychology and behavior and joined Impact after years of experiences in global business. I was inspired by the way Impact uses unique adventurous, experiential learning solutions, and now am passionate to help clients achieve real improvements in performance as a consultant. When I am not at work, you can find me walking around the city with my camera.
Nguyen Lam(Lam)
I rely on both my unbridled curiosity and appetite for knowledge and exploration in my pursuit for continuous improvement. As an ambassador of the Impact brand, I harness this mindset to work effectively with my colleagues to increase our brand awareness and build mindshare in the marketplace. In my spare time, you can find me in the mountains skiing, hiking, and fly fishing with my wife and hound dog.

I'm told I have an engaging and inquisitive style that connects easily and am particularly effective at getting people to see the wider context. I am an "educational gadget-head.", sharing what I learn with others, because of my passion for people development. Privately my husband and I run “No Kill” fishing-field, building a community of exceptional people.

I have the privileged position of sourcing our clever and creative talent pipeline. I assist with inductions and support managers in ensuring our people are happy and our policies are in place.
