Part of the Generali Group, Alleanza is Italy’s leading insurance company. Impact created an inspirational experiential learning journey for 600 commercial employees.

Following our work with the senior managers of Alleanza, Impact Italia were asked to manage Alleanza’s convention for their top 600 commercial people. Impact were tasked with developing their annual event into an inspirational experiential learning journey, to be held on the small Greek Island of Kos.

The programme divided the 600 participants into 40 teams. Each team was tasked with a number of experiential projects offering the opportunity to develop and improve the abilities of team working, time management and other skills.

Throughout the programme, the participants experienced teamwork in action and were able to network and build relationships with colleagues from across Italy.

Realising a training event for more than 600 people was an absolute innovation for Alleanza and an important challenge that, thanks to the support of our Impact friends, we can consider a won challenge. The best tangible results are spoken directly by our delegates"

Over our three year collaboration with Impact, the Challenger and Play for Future Academy programmes have enabled employees to introduce PLAY to the next level of business development.
