My job is to share amazing client stories with the world through integrated marketing campaigns. I love live events and building Impact's community, as well as research and content creation. I live for adventure...and cake!

I’m Impact’s resident back-end developer; working to build robust, efficient, and reliable systems to underpin our experiential learning platforms. I take pride in collaborating with like-minded individuals who share common interests and values, collectively unlocking each other's full potential. As a Lake District native, I feel a strong connection to the area in which Impact is headquartered and have seen first-hand the local and global effect that Impact achieves.

I'm passionate about organizational psychology and behavior and joined Impact after years of experiences in global business. I was inspired by the way Impact uses unique adventurous, experiential learning solutions, and now am passionate to help clients achieve real improvements in performance as a consultant. When I am not at work, you can find me walking around the city with my camera.

Leading the US finance department includes guiding my team, considering new ways for increased financial success, keeping the team financially informed and ensuring accurate reporting. I have a business/accounting degree and 15+ years experience as a CPA. I see myself as a finance skilled business partner rather than an accountant. I love spectator sports, food, wine, whisky, binge watching TV, travel, wood burning open fires and being outside in the fresh air.

I have been working in L&D since 1992 and joined Impact in 2004, providing design, management, and delivery expertise to clients around the globe. Current initiatives have me consulting with clients from multiple business sectors to coach and facilitate the development of key leadership talent. I am also a past adventure consultant and professional rock climbing guide with numerous alpine and big wall ascents around the world.

As a consultant, organisational psychologist, account manager and researcher…I endeavour to encompass all the different aspects of life in the organisation! To me the organization is a magic happening between individuals, groups and their work contexts. I deal with the entire consulting process: from the proposal development, to the client management, intervention delivery and evaluation process. I love the countryside, baking cakes & capoeira!

As a Project Manager I am responsible for the end-to-end implementation of our client solutions by managing and coordinating the client service teams. During my time at Impact I have worked with a broad mixture of clients and participants ranging from graduates to senior leaders. In my free time I enjoy spending time in the Lakes, planning my next holiday and spending time with friends and family.

As a mom to 4 girls I am constantly reminded that I am human, it's inescapable. I am completely honored that over the last 12 years I spend my days working with fantastic teams and amazing clients to do work that enables us all to embrace our individual humanness and work to create environments where people can grow and learn everyday! My hope and goal is together, the work we do today brings a brighter future for us all.

For over 22 years, as a consultant, coach and partner, I support leaders, teams and organizations in the process of change. I am an "educational gadget-head.", sharing what I learn with others, because of my passion for people development. Privately my husband and I run “No Kill” fishing-field, building a community of exceptional people.

Throughout my career, I've had various experiences, from utilizing cutting-edge technology in logistics to engaging in gritty tasks. Through these experiences, I've realized the importance of finding meaning and joy in everything I do. Although sustaining this mindset is not easy, I am committed to continuous learning to become a professional to bring a positive impact to people and organisations.

I offer administrative assistance to the Impact Australian team in their program delivery efforts. I'm delighted to be part of this dynamic and encouraging team, which provides me with opportunities for continuous learning and personal growth. My enthusiasm lies in embracing fresh challenges and devising innovative solutions. Outside of work, I find solace and enjoyment in the realms of food and music.

I am devoted to applying theory, practical application and innovation to people development. As a lead designer and facilitator with 10+ years of experience, I deliver custom client solutions globally. My insatiable curiosity stays satisfied by reading, researching and exploring the world. I love the culinary arts, and although I enjoy cooking, my passion is simply being the consumer of freshly made, delectable dishes. 

I'm passionate about helping those around me grow and develop. I encourage my team to bring themselves into everything they do.  Our diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives help us partner efficiently and effectively with colleagues and clients.  As a traveller at heart, I’ve visited 31 of the 50 US states, 14 countries and 8 Caribbean islands. I love experiencing new cultures, enjoying the great outdoors and trying local cuisine.

Bridging future-oriented research, innovation, and design principles and practices, my focus is on optimising our core business through developing and delivering resilient, human-centred solutions. I bring energy, raise questions, push boundaries and break rules. The most vital part of my life is the people within it, as the relationships we hold with one another are everything.

I have a real belief in people and a passion for what drives human excellence. I love working with people in the areas of growth & transformation. The work I do with Impact inspires and motivates me. I start my daily routine with yoga and meditation. I love being with my family and being immersed in Nature which is so accessible even in the city, now that I live in New Zealand.

As an Account Director with Impact, I’m able to leverage my ten years of Business Development and Account Management experience.  I thrive in environments where I am able to develop and uncover new opportunities with partners and businesses. Most of all, I am a people person and love building trusting relationships. In my spare time, you will find me spending time with my husband, two boys and our dog.

I design, develop and manage solutions for key clients. I am passionate about helping people and businesses be at their best through practical and personal change. I love bringing innovative and challenging ideas to my work. I get my energy from time with my gorgeous family, my exciting work and my personal passion for sport and adventure.

I manage all Impact Italia accounting processes and love precision, tramezzini (look it up!) and silly jokes. I am also very appreciated for my former athletics experiences and I provide stretching sessions to all colleagues who need to exercise a bit after a long day in the office. I deal with a lot of internal and external stakeholders to make sure everything is ok with our clients, accounts, invoices and bills!

Since 2018 I collaborate with Impact as an associate. I love facilitating its varied experiential learning programs, online & in person. I am mainly involved in the delivery for international groups and teams. It is enriching to collaborate with Impact’s colleagues, getting to know different industries, working cultures, professional profiles and much more. I enjoy being in nature, experimenting new things in life and experiencing the different customs and traditions of our world. 

I deal with account management and sales development for Impact Italia and I enjoy delivering some of our programmes a lot. I am an Impact enthusiast and my brain is always looking for new ideas to bring the value of our fantastic brand to the market. You can find me at the office, on my Vespa on the streets of Rome, on my BMW bike surfing the best routes of the world! Do you want serious and reliable references? Hi! I am an occupational psychologist, coach and trainer! I have been working for over 20 years to help companies develop and enhance their greatest capital, their people! I met Impact many and many years ago, and I am still proudly part of it! In my spare time I am a theatre actress, a traveller, but above all... a mum!

Working with Impact allows me to cross-germinate ideas and learnings between clients globally. In an ever-changing, dynamic business environment, I promote everyone to be designers of possibilities.

I’m passionate about experiential learning and learning through play. I enjoy inspiring groups to better themselves, to collaborate and share skills, to be ambitious for each other and those around them. I have extensive experience working in the cultural, education and corporate sectors. I’m an award winning theatre maker who has directed shows for the Queen, the Prime Minister and West End audiences. Out of work you’ll find me building Lego unicorns with my daughter.
