Inline with the bank’s new brand initiative ‘Start Something’, Andy Fell, General Manager of St.George’s Retail Bank is driving an epic journey of transformation. He recognised that this provided a unique opportunity to build leaders at all levels across the business. Impact Australia were initially engaged to create a series of senior leadership and cross-functional team development events aimed at building a high performance culture in the retail bank.

Coaching for Performance is a two-day development program designed to provide people leaders with a mindset and range of highly practical coaching and challenging skills that will help them to grow the capabilities, motivation and commitment of their team members.
