The Learning Journey
The Learning Journey model is Impact’s consultancy framework.
Our widespread experience of people development has led us to identify four stages in the Learning Journey: Organisational Analysis, Design, Delivery and Evaluation.
We aim to implement it in full to ensure that every customer solution is as good as it possibly can be, producing truly sustainable results for individuals, organisations and the wider communities within which they operate.
