    Eclipse is Impact’s events agency. They work with a fantastic range of clients, designing, creating and delivering exciting and motivating events that achieve business objectives.

    Eclipse was established in 1989 to provide outdoor and experiential activities for corporate clients, private groups and individuals. We continue to provide outstanding outdoor adventure and skills training. We work with an impressive range of corporate clients offering team challenges, team building events and corporate ‘fun’ days. We also provide technical services to other Management Consultants and People Development organisations wanting to broaden their own portfolio of services by partnering with us.

    Impact supports the BCtA initiative which was launched in 2008 to encourage businesses to accelerate progress towards meeting the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and addressing other social and economic challenges. By providing jobs, contributing to environmental sustainability, addressing healthcare challenges in developing countries, and creating opportunities for women, companies contribute to the long-term success and vitality of developing nations.   • Chartered Management Institute

    Impact is an approved Centre with the Chartered Management Institute as the CMI is the only chartered professional body that is dedicated to management and leadership. The CMI granted Impact ‘Approved Centre’ status in 2007 and it is through partnerships like these that the Institute offers a suite of qualifications for managers at all levels, from Team Leaders to Senior Managers and Directors.

    For the past 3 years we have been offering a range of CMI management and leadership qualifications at national levels 3, 5 and 7. We are now in the process of seeking approval to extend this remit to cover coaching and mentoring qualifications and are on track to launch these qualifications at levels 3, 5 and 7.

    We have worked closely with the CMI to ensure that we retain the unique, challenging and innovative approach that Impact’s award winning programmes are renowned for, whilst creating a robust framework for accreditation. Currently accreditation can be offered on an individual basis or incorporated into a tailor-made programme design.

  • Compass360

    Compass360 is a tailored on-line 360-degree feedback process that produces Personal Reports.  It uses a client’s existing competency framework (or they can choose from the Compass Library of Competencies) to provide insight into confirmed strengths, blind spots, unrecognised strengths and development needs.  A Personal 360 Feedback Report provides a data-point from which clients can measure performance improvement during and after a development programme.  It can provide a framework to measure ROI and a basis for talent management plans.     Forum Interactive have worked alongside Impact in delivering their specialism of Leadership ‘live-action’ scenarios using the forum-theatre technique. Impact and Forum interactive will soon offer this unique approach as an Open Enrolment programme.

    We work in partnership with a specialist graduate consultancy, Futureboard, to help you to attract and select high calibre graduates with a view to fast-tracking them into leadership roles.

    Once on board, Impact creates a pragmatic and meaningful learning and development programme that will help them on their journey to becoming future leaders and board members.

    Our contribution can take several forms, from a one-off intervention to a fully-integrated modular programme involving key topics such as team skills, effective leadership, presentation skills, influencing, business skills and project planning.
