We were the pioneers of Outdoor Management Development in the 1980s and have since evolved and developed a highly business-oriented experiential approach, involving Action Learning Business Projects, Live Leadership Simulation Experiences and a methodology called Community Action Learning which successfully links HR and CSR in the name of Creating Sustainable Enterprise.

We are in constant dialogue and consultation with clients. We  have long-standing partnerships with academic bodies. We don’t do research for the sake of it.
