We try to work in ways that are environmentally and socially sustainable, identifying and minimising any negative social and environmental impacts of our work while looking for every opportunity to put our special skills and our collective energy at the service of communities and the disadvantaged wherever we work.

We do it because we believe that no business should profit at the expense of community or environment, because we believe we can achieve lasting business success by helping make the world a better and fairer place.
As signatories to the UN Global Compact we want to make a positive contribution to the achievement of the Millennium Goals. We do this in two ways - by investing some of our profit in projects that place our special skills at the service of the disadvantaged and by developing services and products that promote the sustainability of our clients and are supportive of responsible business practices.
Wherever our activity is subject to legislation or regulation we will seek to go beyond the requirement. We will strive to exceed the highest standards in employment practice, health and safety, environmental impact and ethical business.
