I do everything from managing the business, to inspiring people and helping clients to develop as sustainable business in which the quality of leadership is crucial. People describe me as a passionate and fast moving person, able to quickly connect to the culture and the needs of each organisation and to co-design powerful solutions. I love adventure which is about saying “yes” to life.

My coaching & facilitation expertise builds on a strong foundation of 20+ years in senior management positions including global and regional roles. I guide leaders to their peak potential and help enhance their professional and personal impact. I grew up in India and then studied and worked in Switzerland for 23 years before moving to Singapore. This has helped me successfully bridge Eastern and Western thinking, with an in-depth understanding of both cultures. I am an avid reader and love to spend time in nature and travel. 

Here at Impact I have the pleasure of managing a portfolio of impressive global programmes and a number of our key clients. I like to simplify the complex, gain clarity where there is ambiguity and drive efficiency and quality through my project teams. I love meeting different people and understanding what makes them tick! I'm full of energy, constantly smiling and always ready for the next adventure.

It’s my privilege to manage Impact across Asia: and even the endless plane travel doesn’t dampen my enthusiasm for the brilliant work we do here for our clients. R&R for me is a glass of wine and stalking my teenagers on social media.

A lifelong passion for learning and leadership brought me to Impact, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. As a designer, facilitator, and thought partner, I embrace a scholar-practitioner mindset, running to the issues and engaging others with clarity, empathy, and authenticity. My favorite activity of each day is laughing, playing, and making up bedtime stories with my kids. They're hilarious!

I am a passionate, strengths-based leadership coach and facilitator who focuses on taking what is right with people and creating more of it! I have a passion for driving sustainable DEI and well-being initiatives, specializing in LGBTQ+ and mental health topics.

I joined Impact in 2014. My current role in finance allows me to connect with and support many colleagues across the region. My work has been enjoyable and worthwhile as I am able to contribute locally & regionally. I find Impact is a good place to work as there is a flexibility and work life balance. Working with a diverse team is fascinating. It is a place where you can be yourself and unique.

I’ve had a passion for enriching lives through deeply practical experiential learning, and immersion in adventure around the world for most of my career. As a British Army officer, expedition leader, leadership consultant and executive coach I’ve had the enormous privilege to facilitate learning experiences for others in over 40 different countries. My greatest gift - apart from my wife and kids - doing the work I love!

For over 20 years I have been on the path of exploring and connecting the world of business and personal development. I work with people and organisations from the perspective of their potential, possibilities and needs. I support change in organisations and accompany transformations. My role at Impact Polska is Account Management Director and Senior Consultant… AND I LOVE IT!

Since 2006 I have coordinated programme delivery. This involves meeting facilitators and consultants to design great modules, using creativity to ensure participants have profound learning experiences that add value to their organisation. I manage project set up and use technical skills such as abseil belaying. I have a teaching licence to teach PE. Now I enjoy working using my body, so I love to do exercise and jogging, swimming, gymnastics, and most outdoor things!

I work alongside our business development team to ensure we provide quality service to our global clients. I also work closely with our internal teams to help do our bit to help develop the local community. Impact gives me the space to be myself, which usually gets me into trouble...

People are at the heart of everything I do and I care deeply about ensuring individuals and teams have the skills, support and temperament to best deal with their future. In my spare time I chair the board of a local art gallery and support the development of our growing community of emerging and successful artists.

My job is to share amazing client stories with the world through integrated marketing campaigns. I love live events and building Impact's community, as well as research and content creation. I live for adventure...and cake!

My area of focus is “Sustainability and Responsibility”, and I am passionate about using my years-long experience from the non-profit sector in my present job. In addition to that, I support the team in any other possible way – in translations, formatting documents, gathering data, and communication with associates. I love biking, backpacking and vegan cooking.

"There is a solution for anything and everything, you just need to look for it with a sense of adventure and enjoy the journey in the process.” Sales is my passion because I love being able to help people and organisations do just this. Thanks to all the people I have met in the process along with my husband, five kids and a dog my life has been one big, exciting adventure!

I joined Impact in 2022 after many years in the Human Resources Departments, Career development path in the Communication, Marketing, Sales and CRM Departments of multinational companies and five years as a Consultant and Coach. I have developed very solid skills in all the processes that regulate the life and development of people and results in organizations. I love travelling, but the most exciting journey has always been the one I do with people.

I'm part of the UK Accounts Department and I'm responsible for issuing all of Impact's sales invoices both electronically or by post in a multitude of currencies sent to our clients all over the world. I work closely with lots of my colleagues both here in the UK and overseas. Out of work I enjoy spending my time cycling in the beautiful Lake District Countryside, walking and spending time with family and friends.

I’m Impact’s resident back-end developer; working to build robust, efficient, and reliable systems to underpin our experiential learning platforms. I take pride in collaborating with like-minded individuals who share common interests and values, collectively unlocking each other's full potential. As a Lake District native, I feel a strong connection to the area in which Impact is headquartered and have seen first-hand the local and global effect that Impact achieves.

Lucky me, I have a job that allows me to be a Human Doing and a Human Being. I love connecting and building relationships with people through my work. I appreciate what I have rather than what I don’t have. Photography has been my passion since I was young! I love capturing people’s expressions, emotions and feelings. I use my photos to tell stories of myself, amazing people that I’ve met and inspiring places that I’ve been to.

I love the Lake District, working with people and my role as an account manager. I build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and ensure successful solution delivery specific to the individual needs of my range of clients. I endeavour always to exceed expectations and go the extra mile in all aspects of my life. Outside of work, I love to travel, food and rugby - which I can normally combine for a perfect weekend away!

I support the set up and administration related to the end-to-end implementation of client solutions in the UK and worldwide. I am an organised and passionate team player and I enjoy working as part of the various Client Service Teams who manage our clients. Not originally from the Lake District, I feel very lucky to now live and work in such a beautiful place in the UK. I love spending time with my friends and family and keeping fit.

Since I've joined Impact, I feel like my professional development grew exponentially. I feel very empowered by the company and by the values we bring each day into work. My goal is to learn how to best support our clients in every step of a consulting journey, as well as my colleagues, bringing a real change to the process. As a way to recharge I love to take long walks with my dog. My favourite sport is to hang out with friends, especially if in foreign countries!

My Impact career began in 2003 with a passion for adventure as a learning experience. Throughout my years at Impact, I've worked with incredibly talented colleagues, clients and people at all levels of leadership seeking to thrive at work. I love helping others make a difference in the world, am a bit of a science geek, a keen runner and love being a Dad to my three young boys.
