Impact International is a global learning and development business with 30 years’ experience operating worldwide from offices in Australia & New Zealand, Asia Pacific, UK & Europe and the USA.

Impact established an office in Australia in 1998, based in Sydney. We work in collaboration with our clients to create outstanding development solutions that inspire and challenge people to engage, learn and change behaviour in order to drive business performance and are recognised as one of the leading organisations in experiential learning and people development.

Our experiential approach includes learning journeys, leadership simulations, community engagements and business projects. These are supported by relevant theory, insightful diagnostics, skillful facilitation and feedback.

We use this approach to design and deliver powerful customised learning solutions based on the needs of our clients with the aim of achieving lasting results.
