Impact Wins Best in Content at the 2015 Brandon Hall Excellence Awards

Impact International, a leader in innovative design and delivery, has won a coveted award from the Brandon Hall Group for Best in Content.

Impact and our client PepsiCo worked in close partnership to design two state-of-the-art global leadership programs, providing a standardized and effective framework for development of High Potential Leaders across PepsiCo. The Accelerated Leadership Programs (ALP I and II) combine innovative experiential methodologies with practical business objectives to grow a strong and sustainable key talent pipeline at PepsiCo.

Excellence Awards winners will be honored at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference January 27-29, 2016, at the PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

The entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group Sr. Analysts and Executive Leadership based upon the following criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overall measureable benefits.

The ALP programs are part of PepsiCo’s global curriculum and have been successfully rolled out in 11 international regions, with Impact delivering the ALP-II program globally. Evaluations for the program continue to be outstanding and the positive reactions from participants demonstrate the impact the program is having on PepsiCo’s key leadership talent.

Lead solution architect Jonathan Lagoe had this to say about the design process. “The program was a result of a true partnership effort involving key PepsiCo stakeholders from across the globe. As always when designing this kind of complex global program, it is essential to develop strong relationships and a true mutual understanding of needs and capabilities.”
