Impact Wins 2015 CLO Learning In Practice Award
Impact International has won silver in the prestigious 2015 Learning in Practice Awards sponsored by Chief Learning Officer Magazine.
The CLO Learning in Practice awards have recognized learning leaders who demonstrate excellence in the design and delivery of employee development programs through a combination of qualities such as leadership, vision, business acumen and strategic alignment.
Impact has been named a silver award winner in the Excellence in Gaming and Simulations category. Impact's selection was based on our custom design of a dynamic Executive Presence program.
CLO Excellence in Gaming and Simulation Finalist
Bruce Landry, lead solution architect, designed the custom Executive Presence development program by leveraging a non-linear, branching approach, which includes a series of rotating leadership challenges, through a host of scenarios that span an entire day. Populated with custom-designed, highly interactive learning content, the program focuses on real-time, high-challenge situations in order to simulate real-world context and applicability.
