Impact International is a people development firm with global capability across EMEA, Asia/Pacific and the Americas. Impact has 200 professionals operating in 50 countries and speaking 30 languages - in 2010 we celebrated 30 years in business.
Impact partners with clients to design and deliver large‐scale global L&D initiatives as well as smaller‐scale projects where a custom‐created experiential/action‐learning component is sought for behavioral application within your internal leadership/talent development program.
Impact established an office in New York City in 2001. Since then Impact has become recognized as one of the leading organizations in experiential learning and people development in North America. Our regional headquarters in Manhattan is one of four global hubs (UK/EMEA, Japan, APAC, Americas), from which we manage service delivery to clients across the US, Canada and Latin America. 2011 saw the opening of Impact's new Western Region HQ in the Americas: Denver, Colorado.
Our objective is to develop organizations, teams, and leaders by engaging and inspiring people to change. We take people beyond their current thinking and motivate them to perform to their highest potential.
We design and deliver powerful customized learning solutions based on the needs of our clients, with the aim of achieving lasting results.
In the last 12 months we have delivered programs in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, California, Washington State, Texas, Florida, Colorado, Nevada, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Illinois, Ohio and Canada, among others.
Through our successful work in the US we have built up many long-standing partnerships with clients such as UBS, Deutsche Bank, Xerox, Lehigh Hanson, Linde, Westinghouse, Franklin Templeton and Merrill Lynch. Within these relationships we provide a range of services including the research, diagnostics, design, delivery, and evaluation of programs.
