I am all about meaningful relationships. I’m good at detail but love the big picture. Business strategy excites me and implementation more so! My role is to head up our digital strategy and take Impact’s experiential face to face practice in to the digital world, strengthening our blended programme work and building digital solutions that serve our clients’ needs in these times of exponential change. I’m a daughter, sister, aunty, wife and mum. I adore sport and adventure, especially cycling, snowboarding, swimming and surfing.

I'm passionate about helping those around me grow and develop. I encourage my team to bring themselves into everything they do.  Our diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives help us partner efficiently and effectively with colleagues and clients.  As a traveller at heart, I’ve visited 31 of the 50 US states, 14 countries and 8 Caribbean islands. I love experiencing new cultures, enjoying the great outdoors and trying local cuisine.

With over 15 years of consulting experience I’ve supported many leading organisations and people in their journey of change and development. I’m focused on uncovering a client’s needs and satisfying them with a rigorous theoretical approach, intuition, strategic thinking and sensitive interpersonal style. I’m inspired by adventure and I love sailing, walking and nature.

I am devoted to applying theory, practical application and innovation to people development. As a lead designer and facilitator with 10+ years of experience, I deliver custom client solutions globally. My insatiable curiosity stays satisfied by reading, researching and exploring the world. I love the culinary arts, and although I enjoy cooking, my passion is simply being the consumer of freshly made, delectable dishes. 

Every day is a new adventure at Impact. As a Program Manager, I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life in the professional sphere. With my background in marketing, sales, customer service and business administration, Impact has provided an opportunity for me to utilise my communication and organisational skills on meaningful programs. In my spare time, you’ll find me practicing yoga, surfing, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.

As an Organisational Psychologist, I love helping people to better live their job and the relationships within the organisation they work. At Impact, I have the possibility to do that, designing and delivering intervention programmes. I find my energy in teamwork, my soul in music, my peace in swimming.

I was an associate for Impact for 21 years before becoming part of the full-time team. I love the sense of fun, friendship, camaraderie and the way Impact works. Oh, by the way I’m on the Technical Support Team – ropes and boats, programme design and logistics and lots of other things too. I love my job, get loads of out of it, meet lots of amazing people and learn new things all the time – how lucky am I?

Leading the US finance department includes guiding my team, considering new ways for increased financial success, keeping the team financially informed and ensuring accurate reporting. I have a business/accounting degree and 15+ years experience as a CPA. I see myself as a finance skilled business partner rather than an accountant. I love spectator sports, food, wine, whisky, binge watching TV, travel, wood burning open fires and being outside in the fresh air.

Throughout my career, I've had various experiences, from utilizing cutting-edge technology in logistics to engaging in gritty tasks. Through these experiences, I've realized the importance of finding meaning and joy in everything I do. Although sustaining this mindset is not easy, I am committed to continuous learning to become a professional to bring a positive impact to people and organisations.

Change is my partner in business and life. “Be better” is my inspiration to continue to grow. I joined Impact 20 years ago and have worked in many different roles as a consultant, general manager, coach and business developer from offices in Europe and Asia. In my current role, I am responsible for supporting businesses in Poland and Central Europe, and I am also co-creating transformation solutions with clients. 

I bring passion and experience to serve clients in some of the world's most progressive organisations - enabling leaders to perform at their best. I'm told I have an engaging and inquisitive style that connects easily and am particularly effective at getting people to see the wider context. I enjoy adventure and love nothing more than exploring the wilderness with family and friends or tackling an unusual sporting challenge.

I am happy to be responsible for creating and implementing new solutions as well as taking care of our clients and delivering adventurous programs. I see my purpose as working with people to help them be more aware of their power and inner wisdom and therefore to make our organisations and communities stronger. I get my energy from time with my gorgeous family, biking, reading in a hammock, listening and dancing to the music.

With over 25 year experience working as a Consultant and Executive Coach specialized in People Management and in topics related to organizational development, I had the chance to come across Impact after  an International experience in UAE and South Korea. Living abroad I got familar with different cultures and change. Coaching people along their transformational journey, supporting organizations throughout change is what really matters to me, my job!

Since I've joined Impact, I feel like my professional development grew exponentially. I feel very empowered by the company and by the values we bring each day into work. My goal is to learn how to best support our clients in every step of a consulting journey, as well as my colleagues, bringing a real change to the process. As a way to recharge I love to take long walks with my dog. My favourite sport is to hang out with friends, especially if in foreign countries!

As a BD Associate, I am focused on conducting proactive lead generation in support of new client acquisition, business development, and account development within existing clients to help drive revenue growth and increase sales. Before Impact, I worked at the University of New Hampshire Athletics as the Asst. Director of Ticket Operations. Outside of work I enjoy sports, fitness, hiking, reading, and spending time with family and friends!

I’m passionate about experiential learning and learning through play. I enjoy inspiring groups to better themselves, to collaborate and share skills, to be ambitious for each other and those around them. I have extensive experience working in the cultural, education and corporate sectors. I’m an award winning theatre maker who has directed shows for the Queen, the Prime Minister and West End audiences. Out of work you’ll find me building Lego unicorns with my daughter.

I’m excited to be able to apply my expertise and skills gained from over 10 years’ of working in multi-national organisations in the roles of customer service, operations and administration to help Impact fulfil our purpose of “Liberating Human Potential”. Besides making a positive impact on others, the things that bring me joy include music, dance, literature, stretching, handstands, cartwheels, meditation and nature!

I joined Impact back in 1998 as a Management Accountant, and I am passionate about using financial information to inform and drive both short-term decision making and longer-term business strategy. I love living in the Lake District and exploring the surrounding lakes and mountains!

There is so much value and learning that occurs when we understand people, processes, and performance. I “get zinged” when I empower individuals/organizations to look within, determine their “WHY”, tap into their authentic selves, leverage, or unleash their strengths and bring meaning to their “MISSION”. Self-awareness plays a critical role in all we do and how we interact with others. My faith and values drive my learning and living! It is important to live a life full of joy, authenticity, and intentionality. As a mom of half a dozen kids (two sets of twins), I must be the example I want my kids to see. If I can help others while I pass along then my living shall not be in vain. I do not balance life, I integrate it with positivity, gratitude, and action! In my spare time I enjoy serving, traveling, coaching, exploring cultures and food as well as interior decorating!

Since 2018 I collaborate with Impact as an associate. I love facilitating its varied experiential learning programs, online & in person. I am mainly involved in the delivery for international groups and teams. It is enriching to collaborate with Impact’s colleagues, getting to know different industries, working cultures, professional profiles and much more. I enjoy being in nature, experimenting new things in life and experiencing the different customs and traditions of our world. 

Since joining Impact in 1999 life became very interesting for me! I am meeting fascinating people every day, I am privileged to peek into their daily challenges and successes. Executive teams, line managers, and employees - I love to have a full picture, and inspire them to make their lives easier, less stressful, more productive or simply more fun! I couldn’t ask for a better job. 

In the last 25+ years I’ve worked with many great organisations and love being able to bring a breadth and depth of experience to my programs. I currently regularly travel across Asia consulting for clients and looking after our great people. I'm described as an Energiser Bunny, I bring energy into everything I do, even if I'm stepping off a 12-hour flight! I recover by spending time with my family and exploring the wilderness in NZ with a fishing rod.

At Impact I manage projects, build relationships with clients, organize events and support our super team by sharing motivation, creativity and a smile. At work and in private life, I pay attention to details, I value directness and minimalism. I am looking for inner peace through contact with nature, cinema and new hobbies. And good food.

As a consultant, I hope to be a catalyst for change, helping others to discover what their real needs are. Empathy, curiosity, creativity, organisation and strong sense of duty are the things that most characterise me. I love the adventure and the discovery of travelling, organising outdoor trips with friends in close contact with nature… But also sharing a gin lemon or a barbecue at home is not so bad!
