I support the CEO in an exciting and super varied role - from Board meetings to barbecues and everything else in between. An Impacter since 1999, marketer and mum, I have a need to be outdoors every day - no matter what the weather! For me, Impact is a unique place where people matter and my work and life can intertwine through flexible working and trust.

Being a manager of the delivery team in Impact Japan, I have been putting great effort and energy into realising our “Re-Born Strategy” from the delivery quality aspect. For my leadership style, creating trust is the most important factor. I support my team by creating trusting relationships, and as a facilitator, I use this quality to create a completely safe and open learning space in programmes. I love having a good time with people, drinking and karaoke.

I deal with account management and sales development for Impact Italia and I enjoy delivering some of our programmes a lot. I am an Impact enthusiast and my brain is always looking for new ideas to bring the value of our fantastic brand to the market. You can find me at the office, on my Vespa on the streets of Rome, on my BMW bike surfing the best routes of the world! Do you want serious and reliable references? I’ve had a passion for enriching lives through deeply practical experiential learning, and immersion in adventure around the world for most of my career. As a British Army officer, expedition leader, leadership consultant and executive coach I’ve had the enormous privilege to facilitate learning experiences for others in over 40 different countries. My greatest gift - apart from my wife and kids - doing the work I love!

AKA Bloodaxe. I am an accountant at Impact. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cycling and heavy metal. Not all at the same time, though – that’d be dangerous.

As a Project Manager at Impact, I'm responsible for the implementation of client solutions by coordinating client service teams. I am based out of the Kelsick Office (UK). Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the Lakes climbing, hiking, kayaking and mountain biking

My career has been very weird and challenging so far. I graduated in industrial chemistry, then worked as a research scientist. In 2014 I moved to the energy field as consultant and account manager in charge of technical trainings and management courses. This job lasted 10 years and made me passionate about human resources management. I joined Impact where I can improve my skills as a trainer and facilitator and cooperate with a real great team.

I am all about meaningful relationships. I’m good at detail but love the big picture. Business strategy excites me and implementation more so! My role is to head up our digital strategy and take Impact’s experiential face to face practice in to the digital world, strengthening our blended programme work and building digital solutions that serve our clients’ needs in these times of exponential change. I’m a daughter, sister, aunty, wife and mum. I adore sport and adventure, especially cycling, snowboarding, swimming and surfing.

I have spent my working life helping organisations, teams and people to be the best that they can be. I believe in the power of expertly designed and facilitated experiential learning and the exciting potential that lies within every person given the right opportunity. In my work I believe that managers and leaders have a responsibility to ensure work is exciting, fulfilling and aspirational for the people working in and with their organisations.

I am responsible for “Re-Born Strategy” in Impact Japan, I am passionate about developing people and our organisation by executing all Re-Born strategic agendas. As a facilitator, I love creating and sharing the precious moments together with executives and managers who are reflectively asking themselves what leadership they would like to realise in their life/work. What I love most is drinking after working hard to make effort in realising my vision.

I love the variety of my role, working with global clients on complex projects and learning from inspiring Impact people, no two days are the same. I’m responsible for the quality of customer service, building excellent client relationships, providing commercial strategies with meticulous project scoping and planning, alongside first class solution delivery and evaluation. I love the outdoors; walking, running or camping with our two boys and crazy cocker spaniel. 

I help to support the entire business with all of their IT related needs. I have had a large passion for all things technology since I was a kid. In my spare time, you can catch me listening to music, on my PlayStation or playing Dungeons and Dragons. 

I provide inspiring opportunities for leaders to explore possibilities in expanding sustainable business and organisational development. As a staff support manager I have been leading operations such as talent acquisitions. Supporting others and organisations to expand their full potential is my passion. I enjoy ensuring we have a unique workplace where we can maximise potential and strengths. I love climbing mountains, hot springs and good organic foods.

I have been working in L&D since 1992 and joined Impact in 2004, providing design, management, and delivery expertise to clients around the globe. Current initiatives have me consulting with clients from multiple business sectors to coach and facilitate the development of key leadership talent. I am also a past adventure consultant and professional rock climbing guide with numerous alpine and big wall ascents around the world.

Born in the Netherlands, I aim for simplicity, clarity and efficiency in my designs and processes. I appreciate Dutch, German and Swiss designs for their geometric boldness and witty solutions as well as the minimalism and sense of calm in modern Japanese design. To soothe my creative brain, I put on my running shoes and head for the beautiful hills that surround me to rediscover my peace and tranquillity.

Change is my partner in business and life. “Be better” is my inspiration to continue to grow. I joined Impact 20 years ago and have worked in many different roles as a consultant, general manager, coach and business developer from offices in Europe and Asia. In my current role, I am responsible for supporting businesses in Poland and Central Europe, and I am also co-creating transformation solutions with clients. 

At Impact I have worn many hats from business development, project management, technical support, and currently in the marketing team. Outside of work I enjoy nothing more than getting outdoors and into the hills as a keen climber, runner, and cyclist.

Leading the US finance department includes guiding my team, considering new ways for increased financial success, keeping the team financially informed and ensuring accurate reporting. I have a business/accounting degree and 15+ years experience as a CPA. I see myself as a finance skilled business partner rather than an accountant. I love spectator sports, food, wine, whisky, binge watching TV, travel, wood burning open fires and being outside in the fresh air.

I have a global role around developing and sharing our learning practice, which I combine with designing and delivering some of our more complex client solutions. I have developed and pioneered ‘Solution Mapping’ – Impact’s consultancy framework, and specialise in evaluation strategies, as well as designing leadership action based simulations. I'm Impact’s unofficial Chief Cartoonist and, wherever possible, I use cartoons to bring insights and concepts to life.

I work alongside our business development team to ensure we provide quality service to our global clients. I also work closely with our internal teams to help do our bit to help develop the local community. Impact gives me the space to be myself, which usually gets me into trouble...

I am responsible for the accounting tasks. I have always loved working with numbers and after receiving my bachelor degree in accounting at ACU ( Australian Catholic University), I fell into something that I actually enjoy. I consider myself very organised with an excellent work ethic and with desire to constantly improve. I am originally from Brazil and love the beaches and tropical weather. 

I love why Impact exists, which is to liberate human potential. I love building effective client relationships both externally and internally, the people at Impact are passionate, motivated individuals, and I love working here. I am always out and about, whether it is running around after my niece or walking the fells or working out in the gym, happy, happy, happy!

My first school had the motto 'Aim High' and that has always resonated with me. I rise to a challenge, both personally & professionally, enjoying new situations and solving difficult & complex problems. I certainly had plenty of those as International Treasurer of Goldman Sachs and as a Director for the London 2012 Olympics & Paralympics. I joined the Board of Impact to help grow the business globally. It's great to be part of such a diverse global team!

I design projects to bring Sustainable Development Goals to life and get them into every programme we deliver. Globally. Universal in nature and relevant for all, the SDGs tackle the biggest issues facing our planet and everyone on it. I sit on the consultant team, support our Community Action Learning function and the wider and I’m the Impact UK representative for UNGC. I love running in the fells.
