Impact challenged Co-op’s existing change process and helped them to achieve unrivalled levels of employee engagement through a fresh, exciting and radical approach to communicating change. An approach that moved away from the traditional format of cascading messages from the stage and towards an approach that involved Co-op colleagues in the change process, invited them to creatively solve problems, engaged with the reasons behind the change and opened up space for dialogue with senior leaders – with outstanding results.
