Meet the team in Singapore

My coaching & facilitation expertise builds on a strong foundation of 20+ years in senior management positions including global and regional roles. I guide leaders to their peak potential and help enhance their professional and personal impact. I grew up in India and then studied and worked in Switzerland for 23 years before moving to Singapore. This has helped me successfully bridge Eastern and Western thinking, with an in-depth understanding of both cultures.

I was lucky enough to join as the third member of the US team in 2006 and have done almost every role in the business including design, delivery, sales support, project management and even bookkeeping! That breadth of experience has helped me in my current leadership role, it allows me to understand the business from multiple perspectives and focus on operational excellence. My nickname is Wiki because I can usually help find the answer!

Lucky me, I have a job that allows me to be a Human Doing and a Human Being. I love connecting and building relationships with people through my work. I appreciate what I have rather than what I don’t have. Photography has been my passion since I was young! I love capturing people’s expressions, emotions and feelings.

With over 20 years of experience, I bring a wealth of working knowledge in cross-cultural practices from diverse industries such as sports, news media, and professional services. When not in the office you can find me with my family or in the outdoors.

With more than 15 years of experience in business development, I continue to play to my strength in strategising and building relationships with our clients to improve their business results. I am a dragon boater. A sport where you will be physically fatigued and mentally challenged. Despite the intensity of paddling and competitive sports, we have to persevere to keep the boat moving and now, I am moving towards excellence with Impact.

I am passionate about adding value to leadership development, strategic management, team performance, unleashing creativity and collaborative innovation, diversity, equity and inclusion, emotional intelligence and cross cultural management. Joyous moments include contributing to Malta’s entry into the EU, Ethiopian Airlines and Astana International Financial Centre, Kazakhstan’s success.

It’s my privilege to manage Impact across Asia: and even the endless plane travel doesn’t dampen my enthusiasm for the brilliant work we do here for our Clients. R&R for me is a glass of wine and stalking my teenagers on social media…

I love adventure: the adventure of new places, people, business and culture. I have enjoyed a varied and rewarding life as an entrepreneur and people development consultant in different parts of the world with time in Singapore and Hong Kong. I have Global experience designing and leading senior level development initiatives in leadership, emotional intelligence, continuous learning and innovation with leading-edge technology organisations. 

I joined Impact in 2014. My current role in finance allows me to connect with and support many colleagues across the region. My work has been enjoyable and worthwhile as I am able to contribute locally & regionally. I find Impact is a good place to work as there is a flexibility and work life balance. Working with a diverse team is fascinating. It is a place where you can be yourself and unique.
