"There is a solution for anything and everything, you just need to look for it with a sense of adventure and enjoy the journey in the process.” Sales is my passion because I love being able to help people and organisations do just this. Thanks to all the people I have met in the process along with my husband, five kids and a dog my life has been one big, exciting adventure!

It’s my privilege to manage Impact across Asia: and even the endless plane travel doesn’t dampen my enthusiasm for the brilliant work we do here for our clients. R&R for me is a glass of wine and stalking my teenagers on social media.

I love why Impact exists, which is to liberate human potential. I love building effective client relationships both externally and internally, the people at Impact are passionate, motivated individuals, and I love working here. I am always out and about, whether it is running around after my niece or walking the fells or working out in the gym, happy, happy, happy!

With over 26 years as L&D and Internal Communication manager in large multinational companies, I’ve developed deep knowledge in consulting roles, building trusting relationships with all levels of an organization, implementing complex projects. I love my job, the countryside, animals and sports.

I am responsible for the smooth running of the office and providing support to our close-knit team. With a background in design and marketing, I apply creatively to all facets in particular the development of presentations and proposals. I am passionate about health and well-being, practising yoga daily and surrounding myself with positive people which Is why I love working for Impact. 

After many years in big Italian firms, I now help clients understand and achieve their development goals. In Impact since 2003, I have gained experience in HR processes, organisational consultancy, assessment, training and development of managerial competences and leadership. I love mountain biking, silly jokes, deep reading, socialising and…meditating too. Whenever you want to work hard while having fun, call me!

As an Account Director with Impact, I’m able to leverage my ten years of Business Development and Account Management experience.  I thrive in environments where I am able to develop and uncover new opportunities with partners and businesses. Most of all, I am a people person and love building trusting relationships. In my spare time, you will find me spending time with my husband, two boys and our dog.

Leading the US finance department includes guiding my team, considering new ways for increased financial success, keeping the team financially informed and ensuring accurate reporting. I have a business/accounting degree and 15+ years experience as a CPA. I see myself as a finance skilled business partner rather than an accountant. I love spectator sports, food, wine, whisky, binge watching TV, travel, wood burning open fires and being outside in the fresh air.

I like to do meaningful work, working together with clients to create something new and deeply valuable. The areas of change where I feel I contribute the most with my skills and strong business background are leadership development and agile transitions. I like to challenge myself in many ways, my favorite challenge is climbing high ice covered mountains.

As a past client now working at Impact, I’ve come full circle in my career and consider myself “in the zone” doing work that I truly love. Every professional experience has uniquely positioned me to lead our efforts to create a system and approach to knowledge management, helping us to become more efficient by capturing our intellectual capital and better leveraging the collective brilliance of our teams around the world. Collaborating with my global colleagues to deliver on Impact’s purpose, a keen sense for developing structure and process, while still maintaining a creative edge is what drives me every day.

Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my two children, writing, reading, and enjoying my husband’s cooking and music…especially when he’s behind the decks as his DJ alter ego.

As a Client Services Consultant at Impact I work with clients on the West Coast and in Western Canada to support experiential leadership learning initiatives. I recently joined Impact after my previous experiences as Director at Linkage and Director of Client Engagement at The Gallup Organization. Outside of work you will find me spending time with my three boys and wife or up in the mountains skiing.

I’m excited to be able to apply my expertise and skills gained from over 10 years’ of working in multi-national organisations in the roles of customer service, operations and administration to help Impact fulfil our purpose of “Liberating Human Potential”. Besides making a positive impact on others, the things that bring me joy include music, dance, literature, stretching, handstands, cartwheels, meditation and nature!

Analogue at birth, digital by requirement. I don’t do Facebook, and have nothing to do with hashtags. Is this bio going online? Eurgh! I am an eye-to-eye, face-to-face human being. I elevate small talk to medium talk. Then, (on a good day) to infinity and beyond. That’s my job. Favourite pastimes: Good days. Woodland crafts, festivals, and campfires. Specialist skills: Reading body language; parallel parking.

I love to lead development. Development of reflection, knowledge and conviction. Personal and individual. Development of values, attitudes, performance and decisions. For a better understanding of People and for a greater invest into the worlds future.

Over 10 years of experience in retail industry, I experienced various roles, managing some stores as a store manager, executing retail strategies as a retail manager, and an internal trainer in the organizational change project, planning, making, delivering the programs to the managers and staffs. I am very much interested in “people change” so very happy to work at Impact to build my career as a professional of people and organizational consultant.

I joined Impact Italy 20 years ago and was immediately love! This is a fantastic place with fantastic people where to work! I support our team and I coordinating the Rome Office. I am a tireless and curious person, always looking for new things to learn. In my private life, I love cooking “pasta alla Carbonara”, reading and when I have the time I take refuge in my beloved Tuscany!

“Creator,” a relatively new job in Impact Japan, is a role to generate programmes, programme-tools, marketing tools, sales tools as well as internal-use tools based on new ideas. Although I do not directly work neither with our clients nor participants of our programme, I am always willing to support you all.

Experiencing different industries such as rehabilitation, telecommunications and real estate sales, I came to the field of people and organizational development.
I strive to become who can 'unlock the potential of others‘ because I have been supported by various people providing me with 'opportunities' despite facing setbacks.
My favorite phrase is "Those with rich sensibilities are happier." Considering what makes people 'happy' as my guiding principle and I believe growth and contribution are extensions of this.

I enjoy seeing others achieve in their own unique ways; therefore,  consider myself privileged to be a member of Impact's vibrant team. Being a member of an organisation that puts people first and provides worthwhile programs to enable people to take charge of their own development is satisfying. Being out in nature allows me to be in my zen space. I love all kinds of bridges, black-and-white photos, and trains.

Since joining Impact in 2019, I've had the pleasure of working in the Business Development team, supporting our global BD teams with Lead Management. My passions lie in the outdoors, sports and surrounding myself with great people. Outside of work, you'll find me pottering around the Lake District fells on my mountain bike.

An adventurer, I was raised in the UK and have lived and worked in Eastern Europe, Spain and now (since 2012) Asia, where I head up Impact’s Singapore Office. A fierce supporter of the authentic self and advocate for individual growth, I care deeply for my team and clients, wanting them to shine for who they are. I have a keen sense of challenge and adventure, and away from work, you can find me with my young family (usually outdoors!).

I provide inspiring opportunities for leaders to explore possibilities in expanding sustainable business and organisational development. As a staff support manager I have been leading operations such as talent acquisitions. Supporting others and organisations to expand their full potential is my passion. I enjoy ensuring we have a unique workplace where we can maximise potential and strengths. I love climbing mountains, hot springs and good organic foods.

In my early career I practised as an architect in the UK and Japan. This taught me a huge amount about being curious, creative and professional to solve clients' needs. For the last 18 years I've worked globally on developing innovative world-class solutions that delight and excite clients. It's been an incredible journey from Tokyo, to Bangkok, to Paris, to New York and of course Windermere - our HQ! I love it!

I work alongside our business development team to ensure we provide quality service to our global clients. I also work closely with our internal teams to help do our bit to help develop the local community. Impact gives me the space to be myself, which usually gets me into trouble...
