Impact Poland are seeking to expand their team and we are looking for an experienced senior development facilitator/consultant to help us develop, manage and deliver our training and development programs. You will need to be a highly motivated experienced self-starter who is able to work in a small team to deliver local and cross-regional activities.
The successful candidate will have a high level of commercial awareness and extensive experience of working at a strategic level both regionally and globally.
Degree qualified and preferably with a relevant HR/professional qualification, the ideal candidate will have a high level of commercial awareness and extensive experience of working at a strategic level regionally and/or globally with multinational organisations.

Program/service design in line with work sold.
Lead and manage Client Accounts to deliver excellent client service, first class solution delivery and robust commercial strategies.
Help to shape the business development direction within Impact Poland.
