Lendlease Foundation jest wewnętrzną jednostką biznesową założoną w 1983 roku w celu wspracia I rozwoju pracowników Lendlease. „Springboard” powstał w 1998 roku jako flagowy program globalny Fundacji.

Impact Australia został wybrany do przeprojektowania programu Springboard w 2008 r. i ponownie w 2014 r., tak, aby odpowiadał on bieżące potrzeby biznesowe, gospodarcze i społeczne. Impact dostosował program do kluczowych zasad działaności Lendlease Foundation:

„Springboard” to pięciodniowy program rozwoju osobistego. Uczestnicy spędzają dwa dni na poznawaniu swoich mocnych stron i refleksji nad osobistymi celami oraz dwa dni pracując z partnerem społecznym.

Rocznie przeprowadzamy 8 programów „Springboard”. W tym czasie współpracujemy z partnerem społecznym przy sześciu, długoterminowych, indywidualnych projektach. Uczestnicy programów, we współpracy z przedstawicielami społeczności lokalnej, zarządzają tymi projektami
