Who we are
Impact is a global people development company, established in 1980 in the UK. We now operate in over 50 countries from 18 offices covering Asia Pacific, the USA and Europe. We are one of the smallest companies to sign up to the United Nations ‘Global Compact' and have won a number of awards for being a Great Place To Work, as voted for by our employees.
We are committed to becoming a model of sustainable enterprise, integrating social equity and environmental sustainability into our work so as to achieve better and more profitable business results. It is our belief, born from real experience, that other commercial organisations can embrace this concept of ‘doing well by doing good’.
