Phil Holdsworth

phil_holdsworth.jpgJob title and responsibilities
Head of Impact UK

I joined Impact in 1997 just as we were establishing bases across Australasia. My early years with the organisation were spent building a secure business in New Zealand and Australia. From 2004 I headed up Impact New Zealand and was a Regional Director responsible for driving Impact's growth across Asia. I have worked all over the world on organisational alignment, leadership and cross cultural team development programmes.

In January 2009 I moved back to the UK to take on the role of Head of Impact UK. As Impact's largest office and global headquarters, this role offers a huge variety of daily challenges.
