Why attend?
If you are thinking of working with Impact, this two and a half day programme will give you the opportunity to experience how we work from the perspective of a participant. This programme is designed to give senior managers and leaders an opportunity to explore the impact of their leadership on their organisation and to develop the behaviours and strategies that will encourage and sustain an engaged and committed workforce.
Why is this event free?
At Impact we believe that people learn best by experiencing real situations, consequences and achievements and by being fully engaged in the learning process. This event is aimed at potential clients to demonstrate the power of our programmes. The event is carefully designed to deliver significant personal development for each individual, whilst enhancing your understanding of Impact’s unique methodology and expert facilitation. Please note - all attendees participate fully in our interactive programme, you will not be an observer!

Book your FREE place
All programme facilitation and specialist equipment are provided FREE.
Participants only have to pay for accommodation and meals during the programme. The cost for two nights accommodation and all meals during the programme is £395 + VAT.
FREE places are limited to two per organisation.
Please note: this limit is total attendees, not per programme. Once two people from your organisation have attended any previous programme, additional participants will be charged. Upon registering your interest to attend a programme, we will let you know if your organisation has already benefitted from two free places.
