We are a Sunday Times Top 100 Company to Work For
Impact International are proud to once again be named a Sunday Times Best Small Company to Work For. We have also retained our special award 'Best for Giving Something Back'.
The 'Best for Giving Something Back' award is given to just one company each year. Impact have always performed strongly here, winning the award in 2006, 2008, 2010 and retaining the award for 2011.
David Williams, Impact's Founder and CEO attended the ceremony in London, to collect our award.
'This special award is demonstrative of all the fantastic work we do to engage with the communities we work in and to make a difference. We are really proud of our initiatives that are at the heart of this award:
- Learning In The Community (all of our people, internationally, spend at least three days a year working with community organisations as a personal developmental opportunity).
- Community Action Learning, as a methodology and business proposition, has a hugely positive impact on both our community and environment.
- the UK Childrens Holiday for under privileged local children - now in its 18th year.
- Work Inspiration, where local school children spend a week being inspired in the Impact work space.'
Best Companies compile the Sunday Times Top 100 list following extensive research and questionnaires sent to our own employees. Impact have also retained our Three Star Best Company Status and placed in the Top 100 List. We are proud that even during challenging times our people continue to rate Impact as a great place to work.
