Training Journal Award
Thomson Reuters and Impact have won the 2012 Training Journal Award for best use of Technology in Learning
On 28 November 2012 a team from Thomson Reuters and Impact attended the Training Journal Award dinner in London, UK. The group were a cross-functional team, representing all parts of both businesses that have been involved in Generate. They were delighted to scoop the Gold Award for Technology in Learning.
Laura Overton and Bob Little, the Training Journal Award Judges told us why they chose Generate as award winners:
'Thomson Reuters’ future leaders’ blended learning project, Generate is not just a traditional e-learning/ classroom sandwich blend. This programme raises the bar in terms of how technology can be used to transform learning experiences – not just automate them – and the important role that it can play in building leadership skills that are increasingly key to the success of ‘UK plc’ today. It is a worthy winner of the Gold Award in the Best Use of Technology in Learning category.'
