As an Account Manager I manage the client relationships for several of Impact’s key graduate and talent programmes including Aon Benfield, Jaguar Land Rover and BNP Paribas. My key focus is developing Impact’s offerings for new and existing clients globally and ensuring that our graduate and new talent programmes are innovative, sustainable, measurable and commercially focused.

Richard Branson for his business brain, Kate Moss because I have never heard her speak and James Cracknell for his good looks and Olympic achievements – also Jonathan Ross for some laughs if I am allowed an extra guest!

How do you deal with stress?
Write a list, go to the gym, drink wine (in order of priority!)
