Job title and responsibilities
Head of Innovation - Creating Sustainable Enterprise

I joined Impact in 2004 to help develop the business both in the UK and across Asia Pacific. I moved to Asia in 2005 to take up the role as Director for the Asia Pacific Regional Operating Head Quarters and am now back in the UK developing client solutions in my role as Global Head of Innovation for Creating Sustainable Enterprise.

My energy over the past three years has been focused on developing new methodologies for business transformation including an organisational change programme for Creating Sustainable Enterprise and attracting and retaining talent through community action learning.

I have been working with International organisations and NGOs to design exciting and innovative journey programs that develop potential and make a difference in the world.

Your best day at Impact (so far...)?
Too many to mention and all over the world including climbing mountains, building houses, working with orphans, having fun with my colleagues, numerous social events, taking a speed boat out to watch the sunset in Thailand with the Asia team... the list goes on!

Proudest moment at work?
Working with Global Initiatives and the United Nations to deliver the Business 4 Environment Summit in Singapore, we organised the community partner exhibition for small NGO's from across Asia to help them connect with corporate partners.

How do you deal with stress?
Spend time with my amazing husband - he makes me laugh so hard that my cheeks ache!

What makes Impact a great place to work for you?
Definitely the people. I love being surrounded by creativity, passion and humour. Impact people are all of these things.

Your heroes include...?
My husband, my mum and my boss!

Favourite line from a film?
"I’m a swing-by-the-seat-of-my-pants-kinda-girl." Pretty Woman – one of my favourite films

Who makes you laugh?
My fella and my sister - I wish I was as witty as them.

Last journey you took?
Flight to Hamburg for the People Development Summit - Hamburg was nothing like I was expecting - its a really beautiful city.

If you had a time machine where would you go?
Back to my wedding weekend and relive it all over again!

Favourite place?
Anywhere that the sun is shining and I am with the people I love most in the world.

3 people you’d have dinner with (dead or alive)?
Nina Simone, Audrey Hepburn and Stew.
