Senior Consultant, Facilitator and Trainer, Impact USA

Who says learning has to be dull? I am the Impact USA’s resident “islander”, who brings a high energy, Caribbean flavor to my passion for adult education. I design and facilitate active learning opportunities for global clients. Although I work out of the Impact New York office, I live in West Palm Beach, Florida and am deeply committed to developing leadership potential and creating change for individual team and organizational growth.

Proudest Moment at work
Co-creating an invigorating journey of self-discovery during an Emotional Intelligence Session for an intact team of research scientists. It’s a humbling (yet inspiring) experience when you get to facilitate an environment where individuals become engaged in their own learning process.

How do you deal with stress?
I play! With two children (and one on the way) life is always an adventure. Stress is determined by your outlook on life and laughter is the best medicine to ward it off. Any outdoor activity with my family is my favourite way to unwind.

Your Heroes include…?
Maya Angelou, Hellen Keller and my husband who never complains. I’m deeply grateful to those who have gone before us and shown the world how important it is to rock the boat. Persistence and determination is everything.

What’s on your desk?
Today? A dream jar filled with quarters, dimes (maybe a few dollar bills ☺), my water jug and many many random articles waiting to be read.

Favorite Place?
Always Jamaica….. in all ways it’s still home.
