Senior Consultant and Facilitator, Impact International and Impact Italia.
I have been working for Impact since 2003, when I was based in Paris: I was in charge of the business for Impact France. Now I deliver mostly European programs and I live in Algiers, Algeria.

Your best day at Impact (so far)?
There are so many, but one of my favourite was few years ago, when we climbed up the mountain in the Lake District in Uk, all together! during our international meeting
Who makes you laugh?
My 2 girls !
What’s on your desk?
A mess, and also pictures of my family, and people I love.
Proudest moment at work?
My first program on Diversity in Venice few years ago.
How do you deal with stress?
I really believe we all have resources to solve a problem, the most difficult is to find the way to find the resources inside. I use NLP tools, and metaphor to help me to deal with stress.
Favourite place?
Paris, Place vendome.
3 people you’d have dinner with (dead or alive)?
My husband I have not seen for the last 4 month, Mizuki my Japanese colleague with who I shared 3 months in Windermere and now leaves in New Zealand, and God to share my dreams.
