Job title & Responsibilities:
Associate. Design and delivery of Impact programmes in both a consultant and outdoor technician role.
Environmental Advisor to the international business regarding environmental policy issues and solutions

Areas of expertise:
Facilitation of large or graduate events, design and delivery of CAL and environmental programmes.

Proudest moment at work?
Taking Impact from a position of little environmental policy to where we are now, although of course there will always be a long way to go!

How do you deal with stress?
I try to avoid it wherever possible, and when I can’t then where better to deal with it than getting rid of some energy out in the hills, lakes and rivers of the Lake District

What makes Impact a great place to work for you?
Not only am I proud to be associated with the work that Impact does, but I am also lucky enough to work with many people who I can genuinely call friends and am able to spend time with in the beautiful Lake District

Who makes you laugh?
My wife and colleagues who work in the Stores at Impact.

Last journey you took?
I am writing this on a plane to Portugal to deliver a sales training event.
