Job title
Head of Impact UK
The UK GM role is one of the most exciting, fulfilling and demanding roles at Impact. The UK business is our largest operational base and I am responsible for leading our talented team to achieve Impact UK’s part in the global vision, goals and strategy.
My aim is to enable every individual in the business to reach their full potential so that the business can perform to its very best. It’s important that everyone’s role is aligned with the big picture and that their contribution to our success is recognised and valued.
Over the past 21 years at Impact I have developed through the business into a marketing professional and business development manager. In my last role, I worked closely with our previous GM, Phil Holdsworth. Our partnership successfully steered Impact UK through some of our most challenging times – which was all good practice for doing the job for real!
For someone who left school at 16 with no idea what kind of career I wanted or what I was capable of, I have already achieved more than I ever imagined – and that is the power of Impact!
