Learning & Development Consultant based in the UK.

I have spent the last nine years working in L&D specialising in the Financial Services sector. I have worked with clients such as the London Stock Exchange, Cedelbank, Barclays, RBS and UBS. I work primarily with middle managers designing and delivering Leadership Development programmes including provision of Leadership Mentoring. My areas of specialism include high performance, transformational leadership and change.

Ernest Shackleton – the mind boggles at how he did what he did against such high odds

Who makes you laugh?
All of the people I work with, sometimes even without realising!

Proudest moment at work?
We recently won a fantastic piece of work with a long standing client.  The success was due to the dedication and talent of the team involved in putting the bid together

How do you deal with stress?
Anything outside and in open spaces

Three people you would have dinner with (dead or alive)?
My Dad (he always brings decent wine), my pals, Ghandi and the Dalai Lama (not quite three but then that is not a party)
