Job title and responsibilities 
As an Account Director I manage relationships with a number of Impact’s key clients in a variety of sectors including telecoms, construction, financial and public sector. I have worked in the Learning and Development arena for 16 years and my skills also include facilitation, coaching and project management.

Your best day at Impact (so far...)?
Canyon Challenge, especially the 3rd canyon and last night, also the Impact Ski Challenge – simply amazing!

Who makes you laugh?
Andrew a lot, our cats, my 3 sisters, my best friends, Sarah G and Emily, Earl and Randy (My name is Earl) and Peter Kay and The Peep Show!

What’s on your desk? 
Pictures of friends and family, food (always) and a pot of lip balm.

Proudest moment at work? 
Winning a contract where we were selected from 1000 providers globally

How do you deal with stress? 
Write lists and exercise a lot

Favourite place? 
In the summer a beach with waves, the winter, the mountains with snow

All four grandparents I never had the opportunity to meet, Jamie Oliver and Seve Ballesteros
