I work across a range of programmes and clients both designing and delivering interventions. I bring a specialism in Leadership Development, Creating Sustainable Enterprise (specifically building relationships between the private and not for profit sectors)  and Leveraging Diversity in the workplace, I also am responsible for Impact Beyond, Impact’s social enterprise.

How do you deal with stress?
I find mountain marathons a good way to realise nothing in the working day is really THAT hard, a sort of stress relief by stress overload!

Your favourite place?
Somewhere wild and remote – the North West of Scotland, the high crags of the Lake District, or East Greenland – a place I spent last summer sea paddling and being terrified of polar bears (luckily polar bears don’t have oppositional thumbs so can’t operate tent zippers)
