Job title & Responsibilities
Senior Consultant with Impact which means that I get to work with people from the full range of Impacts participant groups, from “shop floor” to senior management level, my focus is on high quality delivery and facilitation, pre and post programme coaching calls, programme design and client management.
Your best day at Impact (so far...)?
Working really hard with a graduate group from KPMG in Romania at an orphanage and seeing the children’s faces as they came back after a weekend to see there play area painted with amazing artwork. Not a dry eye in the house!
How do you deal with stress?
Painstakingly dismantle my motorbike “Emily”, clean every part and reassemble, stand back and admire for an hour or so … simple!

Last journey you took?
Emotional journey – 5 Day detox Thailand in the new year
Physical journey – Chiang Mai to Pai on a rattly old CB400, my fiancé riding pillion wearing tupperware pots for helmets and shorts on jungle mountain roads – focuses the mind.
Favorite place?
Gordlae Scar and Malham Cove in the Yorkshire Dales where I first found a love for the countryside

My Great Grandfather - Albert, Ernest Shackleton and Joey Dunlop
