Senior Consultant and Business Development, Impact Italia
I joined Impact Italia in 2002. I left for one day in 2003 but I couldn’t resist. I came back and decided to stay “forever”. I have worked extensively across Europe and in the US and I love to work in multicultural environments.
When I arrived I thought I was a facilitator with limited selling skills, now I am mainly a Key Account Manager, doing also some facilitation activities.

Your heroes include...?
Francesco Totti (AS Roma football team Capitan in the last 20 years). Joke apart, I mean many unknown men and women I met during Community Action Projects: they work so hard to give support, hope and concrete help to different categories of disadvantaged people.

Favourite line from a film?
“Warriors... Come out and play!” The Warriors .In Italian it sounds even better “Guerrieri giochiamo a fare la Guerra!”

Your best day at Impact (so far)?
Many but definitely the best will be tomorrow

What’s on your desk?
Thousands of piles of paper, I am already invading tables around me.

Proudest moment at work?
The next challenge I will face; passed ones are gone now.

How do you deal with stress?
He deals with me and normally wins almost all the week but on Saturday I love playing soccer with friends.

Favourite place?
Anywhere…(in Bahamas Islands).

3 people you’d have dinner with (dead or alive)?
My wife, my son and my daughter (once again I am in a hotel room writing this and
they are at home).
