Senior Consultant and facilitator, Impact Italia.
Before joining Impact I worked as Training Manager for a multinational HR company. Before this experience I was a Senior Consultant for an international Management Consultant Company in the areas of organisation, process analysis and re-engineering, strategic analysis.
I have been working for Impact Italia for 10 years as Senior Consultant, Sales Representative and Marketing Manager. I am responsible for designing and delivering training and development programmes for Italian and international companies on leadership, people management, team development, change management, communication, selling skills, coaching. I’m experienced in experiential learning methodologies. Key clients I worked for: America’s Cup, Alleanza Assicurazioni, Autostrade, Axa, Banca Fideuram, Bulgari, Deutsche Bank, Enel, Eni, Ericsson, Ernst &Young, Fiat, GlaxoSmithKline, Imperial Tobacco, Nestlé, Procter & Gamble, Sace, Sanpaolo Invest, Sony, Stryker, Telecom Italia, Terna, Thales, Royal & Sunalliance, Unicredit, Vodafone, Xelion. At the moment I’m working as temporary Training and Development Manager at Imperial Tobacco.

Proudest moment at work?
Managing a huge international leadership programme for a multinational client: 340 top and middle managers worldwide, 22 editions, over 2 years.
How do you deal with stress?
Practicing sports, going sailing at the weekend, drink a good glass of wine

Azores - Portugal, Sardinia, Italian small islands, Paris
