Country Manager, Impact Italia.
I worked as management consultant in multinational organizations as well as Italian top quality small organizations. There I learned how to work systematically but I lacked passion.

My goal has always been to work with people and for people: companies should be places where men and women are considered as human beings and are granted a value for any contribution they can provide.

When I joined Impact in 2006 I found passion and fun in delivering high quality innovative programmes, which really make the difference. I am currently Country Manager of Impact Italia.

My husband, with his silly jokes.

A small sheep and lots of everything.

Proudest moment at work?
When the new Impact Italia was born.

How do you deal with stress?
Listening to my children’s dreams and trying to follow them.

My bed.
