Head of Sales role demands a proactive and strategic approach that drives the success of the organisation through business development.

My aim is to enable the team and the business to achieve their potential and exceed their goals by breaking down the barriers to performance and tapping into their incredible individual strengths.

Over the past 7 years at Impact I have developed through the business from a facilitator, to a consultant, to an Account Director and now the Head of Sales. I have worked in the UK, Europe, USA and Asia Pacific and recently based in Asia Pacific strengthening the client portfolio and capability around the region.

I have achieved a place on the Impact Future Leaders programme which couldn't be better timed to accelerate my development as a Leader of the business.

Your best day at Impact (so far...)?
Has to be the Canyon Challenge. Throwing myself down a gorge in the South of France!

Who makes you laugh?
My friend Ben. We shared a room at University. On the first day we spent ages looking for his lost watch which turned up in his box of tea bags a week later! Been pretty similar ever since.

What was your latest adventure?
My 21 month old daughter Bethany! Not your traditional view on adventure I know, but everyday is a new adventure for our small family. And it's the best adventure so far!

How do you deal with stress?
Activity in the mountains. I get told I can't sit still! My relaxation is doing stuff; mountain biking, climbing, walking.
