I serve as a consultant, program designer, and facilitator to help individuals develop their capacities for leadership and to help teams function more effectively. I am an industrial/organizational psychologist with over 25 years experience in human performance improvement, and am certified SPHR through the Society for Human Resources Management. Most of my work is with global firms with bases in the USA.
Your best day at Impact (so far...)?
Any third day of any three-day program that has gone particularly well.
How do you deal with stress?
Finish something or learn something – maybe a motorcycle ride.

West coast of Ireland, or maybe beside any stream in the mountains of North Carolina in October
