"Room on the Broom" A classic for under 4s from Julia Donaldson (The Gruffalo et al)

Your heroes include...?
No specific person but anyone who gives their best in tough circumstances without expecting something in return

Your favourite line from a film?
'The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.' Jules in Pulp Fiction

Your best day at Impact (so far...)?
Any day when I drive over Bannerigg into the Lake District or when there's loads of people in the office

Who makes you laugh?
Joe and Daniel (the lads) Liz (the wife)

Last journey you took?
From the lowest lows to the highest highs with Duncan Lydon and some banking delegates last week

What’s on your desk?
Heaps of rubbish!

Proudest moment at work?
Any Monday morning when I find myself leading the weekly meeting

How do you deal with stress?
It's a progression from laughing, to shouting 'bring it on' , to swearing, to swearing a lot and then eventually saying "what was that all about then?"

Favourite place?
Sunday mornings in the summer splashing about with the lads in Coniston

3 people you’d have dinner with (dead or alive)?
Liz, Joe and Daniel (I'll do the cooking!)
